8 Min Abs Workout, how to have six pack: this workout has been designed to specifically work on the abdominal area.
It can be done by anyone who exercises regularly, both men and women.
There are no particular requirements for this module; you just need to know how to do the various exercises properly.
3 Good reasons for doing this module:
1 – Working aerobically on your abdominal muscles for over 7 minutes stimulates the capillaries in this area. These in turn increase the blood flow.
2 – A greater blood flow means a greater flow of oxygen – and fat only burns in the presence of oxygen.
3 – Toned muscles need more calories (kcal) to stay active. Our organism tends to release these calories from the area nearest the muscle, in this case the waist area.

Everyone has a metabolism that was genetically given to them from their mom and dad. Our lifestyle (exercise & nutrition) either improves it (speeds it up), or destroys it (slows it down).
By following these simple nutrition Dos & Donts anyone can speed up their metabolism within a week. You do have the power.
1. You Must Eat Smaller Meals More Often Through Out The Day!! You must eat a protein and a carb combined together every 3 hours.
2. Dont eat anything that took more energy to ship than to grow. If it rots its good for your. If it is made in a plant stay away; if it comes from a plant, eat it.
3. If you are not hungry enough to eat an apple, then youre not hungry.
4. Eat foods in inverse proportion to how much its lobby spends to push it.
5. Avoid snack foods with the oh sound in their names: Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Ho Hos, etc.
6. Eat your protein first then your carb
7. Its better to pay the grocer than the doctor.
Pay for genuine organic food as often as possible.
The best place to get the freshest organic foods is at your local farmers market. They advertise in your local paper or google search local farmers markets________ (your home town)
8. You may not leave the table until you finish your veggies
9. You dont get fat on food you pray over. (Meals prepared at home, served at the table and given thanks for are more appreciated and more healthful than food eaten on the run.)
10. Eat more in the beginning and the middle of the day.
There is some truth to the old adage Eat Breakfast Like a King; Lunch Like a Prince; and Supper Like a Pauper
11. Never eat something that is pretending to be something else (artificial sweeteners, margarine, fat free etc.)
I would rather have a little unprocessed real something (like sugar cane sugar) versus artificial man made chemicals (like sweet n low or splenda)
12. Eat more starchy carbs (wild or brown rice, whole grained bread, whole wheat pasta, oatmeal, banana) in the middle of the day on days that you train intensely with weights. Its called carb cycling.
12 ½ The two meals after an intense resistance training session should have 75% of you starch carbs for the day in them. This window after the work out the carbs can be higher glycemic (absorbed more rapidly)
Your hunger level dictates how fast or slow your metabolism is revving. If your hunger level is always low then wait an hour after your work out to consume your post work out meal.
If your hunger level is medium- wait 30 minutes
If you hunger level is high- wait 0 minutes
Always wait an hour after intense interval cardio (do it first thing in the morning) before you eat. Ride the fat burning wave. Make it a real food meal with no starch carbs. Some chicken or red meat and some veggies.
13. Always combine non starchy / fibrous veggie carbs (colorful veggies, salads, green-beans, grape-fruit) with a protein (remember to cycle in starchy carbs on intense work out days.
14. Portion control weapon #1 Drink lots of cold water (I prefer with lemon)
15. Portion control weapon #2 CHEW SLOW! Plus your digestive enzymes will work better and help your gut. And you will enjoy the taste better.
16. One of my top rules for eating comes from economics. The law of diminishing marginal utility reminds me that each additional bite is generally less satisfying than the previous bite. This helps me slow down, savor the first bites, stop eating sooner.
17. Dont eat anything you arent willing to kill yourself.
18. Dont consume calories in liquid form. Use cold water in a glass bottle. Squeeze lemon and or lime in it. The glass bottle makes it colder and therefore more appetizing. Milk and orange juice is not good for us. It is actually bad for us. And coffee is terrible. Get off of the caffeine. You will be so glad you did.
19. When youre eating, dont talk about other past meals, whether better or worse. Focus on whats in front of you. Be in the moment with your family and friends.
20. After spending some time working with people with eating disorders, I came up with this rule: Dont create arbitrary rules for eating if their only purpose is to help you feel in control. Say this three times before your meal when you feel out of control, I eat for fuel, not for pleasure. My body is a machine! I am in control!
21. Eat a small supper with no starchy carbs (around 6 p.m.ish). Eat a protein snack (real food if possible) around 9:30 p.m. Then go to bed early. It is the best way to not eat junk at night. Plus you need to get up early to start your day without being rushed.

Losing weight quickly is not easy and most of the time the solution is only temporary. You no doubt need to find ways to lose weight fast.
We are going to discuss some ways to lose weight fast and how to maintain it at that level.
Never think that you are going to find a magic pill that is going to work for you overnight.
Do Not Waste Your Time On Expensive Equipment And Empty Promises
What I do offer is some tips on healthy methods you can use to lose as much fat weight as possible in as short a time as possible.
If you’re willing to commit to it, here are some tips concerning what you can do to look and feel markedly better in the next couple of months:
1. Eat well. Don’t just eat frequently.
Provides us with ways to lose weight fast. You must eat more vegetables and fruits. Don’t eat foods that contain too much fat, especially sweets and junk food. If you don’t like to exercise, try going for a walk about an hour after eating a meal.
2.Sweat it out.
Aerobic exercise is crucial to fat loss, and if you need to lose the fat faster then you will need to do it more often than average. This means 6 or even 7 days of the week, for 45 minutes or so each day.
3. Eat diet foods, but don’t forget the effectiveness of a balanced diet. Drinking green tea after every meal is a natural way of losing weight without much effort.
4. Burn more calories while sleeping.
The way to do this is to build more muscle, so you’re going to want to do some weight training. Doing workouts 3 or 4 days a week, 30 minutes each day will increase your lean body mass and charge your metabolism even further. This means more calories burned and more fat loss, particularly in the long term.
5. Don’t drink soda and other carbonated soft drinks.
6. Avoid fried meat and grilled food. Instead, include vegetables soup and salads in your diet. Again changing your diet is one of the best ways to lose weight fast.
7. Don’t eat too much at once. Make a time table of eating 5 or 6 meals a day. Change your diet and you will find new ways to lose weight fast !

Now lets perform the exercise. To begin, lie on your back with your knees bent at a 90, feet flat on the floor and the small of your back pushed flat into the floor. Take in a
very slow long breathe and start to slowly exhale ¾ of your air while you are pulling your belly button down toward your spine (I like to put my
index finger on my belly-button and feel it raise as I take the long breathe in and then feel it
start downward as I exhale ¾ of my lung
capacity). While at the same time pushing your lower back into the floor and drive you chin down toward your chest slightly. Once you have ¾ of
your air out hold your breathe and suck in through your throat with your breathe being held for 5-10 seconds. As you are holding your breath
and sucking in, think about pulling your innards up and under your rib-cage. It is called the ab vacuum for a reason, it is a little hard to come
out of it and resume your normal breathing;
But you will, and once you do relax and take a couple breathes and repeat; Starting out do 1 set of
6-9 repetitions, 2-3 times per week.
You can do the ab vacuum anywhere, and need no equipment. It’s a great way to wake up, or to end your day. It will take lots of practice and
each week you will be able to feel the muscles working more and more. Once you get good at the technique you will be able to feel a ½ circle burning sensation in the pubic area. Don’t be
alarmed, just feel good about mastering one of the most unique and effective abdominal exercises
out there. Please don’t give up on this exercise, once you master it you will be able to reverse gravity, and start to put back in place
what years of inactivity and bad posture has started to let hang over your belt line.
We have had several clients lose 3-10 inches off their waist with only 3-5 hours of exercise per week; and that includes cardio. You can do it

Knowing how to get six pack abs in 3 minutes is crucial since summer is right around the corner. This means it is crunch time and your goal over the next few weeks is to transform your body to get that flat stomach and those six pack abs you’ve always wanted.

Luckily the memory card was unharmed, but we only got to shoot the actual workout routine. So there wont be an introduction or ending to this video. No worries though, we are in the process of getting another camera so we can keep making our videos.
So now to the more important part of the video. Its almost summer time and that means shirts are coming off and its time to show off those muscles you’ve been working on all year.
What? You haven’t been working out all year? You say you have no time?
No need to worry, all you need is a few minutes a day! In three minutes you can get the flat stomach and the sexy six pack abs you’ve always wanted as long as you stick with it. Each exercise targets a specific part of your abdominals, so at the end of the 3 minutes you will have effectively worked out your upper abs, lower abs, obliques, and stabilizer muscles.
If the three minutes isn’t enough for you, just keep repeating the routine without breaks until you are no longer able to do it.
If you have been working out or are starting to, I would suggest putting this three minute abdominal routine at the end of your workouts. Constant strain on your abs will encourage them to be tight and burn that fat.

Advice on getting a six pack: its all about losing belly fat with cardio, and using ab exercises to build definition in the core. If you are skinny already, ab exercises might do the trick to give you more defined visible abs. For the majority of us, cutting belly fat is necessary. Spot treatment is a myth. You can’t burn belly fat effectively doing ab workouts. Instead, just do cardio and avoid commercial ab exercise machines.
