My Diet Plan tips:
Exercise:
1 – exercise 3-5 days a week
2 – Cardio is important.
3 – Work out at home, out side or in gym
4 – back & biceps , triceps & chest go together.
5 – work out with a partner, motivates.
Diet:
1 – eat smaller portions 5 meals a day
2 – Fruits and Veggies
3 – Cut Sugar / fats from food
4 – read labels, learn foods! (sugar free vs fat free, sodium foods etc)
5 – have a cheat day (gives you something to look forward to)
6 – water water water
- Daily meals should be like this:
Breakfast – 2 egg whites, Low Sugar oatmeal, V8
Snack – hand full of raw almonds, water
Lunch – Turkey lunch meat no cheese Mustard, wheat bread, carrots, apple, water
Snack – Protien shake (no carbs) banana
Dinner – Chicken Breast, Broccoli, brown rice, jello cup

losing weight tips:
-go from whole milk to 1 percent, or even fat free
-Studies in Harvard show that that soft drinks may be responsible for the doubling of obesity in children in the United States over the last 15 years. out of seven days of the week, dont drink any soda for atleast 4 days. drink a healthy juice, that is all natuaral, or water
-WATER WATER WATER WATER!!! it speeds up ur matabolism and it gives you beautiful skin!
-obviously exercise. but if you want to aerobics, because that speeds up ur matabolism. the faster your matabolism is, the more calories you burn, the faster you lose weight.
-if you are going to do strength training, your going to gain weight because your building muscle. muscle weighs more than fat. so dont be afraid if the scale says your getting bigger, cause muscle appears smaller than fat so you will in all reality be smaller.
-this is an obvious one, but eat less fatty foods. eat more veggies and keep your meat and carbs in proportion.
-cut out the junk food. only have it when you are reallllyyy craving it.
-soups with low fat content are great. if they have a lot of veggies, thats a great meal
-foods that make your matabolism faster: water, green tea, soup, grapefruit, asparagas, low fat yogurt, oatmeal, hot peppers.
-foods that lower your matabolism, and therefor, on a diet you shouldnt eat them: alcohol[full of sugar and fat, and it slows ur matabolic rate], sugar, startchy foods as in white bread or pasta, prosessed foods [like choclate bars, chips], &FRIED FOODS!!! they are full of saturated fat!
-cut out fast food completely!!! its the worst thing you can eat!
- substitute your white flour foods with whole wheat and grains. its healthier than flour
-dont go on any of those fad diets, like cutting out carbs completely, or only eatting protien because those have health risks that you shouldnt be willing to take.
- in a meal, the intake of meat should only be the size of a deck of cards. no bigger.
-try to stay active during the day. dont take the easy way out, instead of using an elevator do the stairs
-dont believe the fast food places when they say they’ve gone healthy! a salad at mcdonalds has MORE calories than a big mac!! 560 vs 960

Fat loss does not have to be difficult, especially if you have a few tricks up your sleeve. By this I don’t mean I would ever want you to take a dangerous, radical approach to your fat loss but only one that would be healthy and prove great results at the same time.
A common fat loss question is as follows: Is there a way I can drop my first few pounds of fat quickly and easily?” Yes, there is. It will require a few dietary changes on your part, but the results are incredible. I have had hundreds of people use these tips with great success, easily losing their first 10-15lbs of unwanted fat.
Here are my 3 Simple and Easy Fat Loss Rules:
1. Don’t eat anything that is white. Name every single food that is white and chances are you shouldn’t be eating it: bread, pasta, crackers, most cereals, flour based products, white potatoes, white rice, and pasteurized dairy and cheese are all no-no’s during this time. (Healthy foods like cauliflower, chicken, turkey, fish, white pork are all exceptions to this rule).
2. Only drink water, NOTHING else! How about coffee? Just to keep any possible withdrawal headaches at bay, one small cup of organic black coffee. Can you add half and half?…Well is it white? Drink a minimum of 1/2 of your bodyweight in ounces of water each day (ex. If you weigh 200 lbs, you need to drink 100 ounces) to really see the fat fall off.
3. Don’t eat anything with the word wheat in the ingredients list. What if it’s whole wheat? Look, if the word starts with W and ends in T and has the letters h e a in between, you can’t eat it. This includes bread, pasta, crackers and cereal. Many packaged snack foods also contain wheat so be sure to read the ingredients list carefully.
