Running is useless. So is doing high reps of low weight repeatedly. If you do those two things you can expect to waste a lot of time and get very frustrated and maybe even make a sad face .

If there are areas of your body that are flabby and you want to tone and tighten then up, this video is for you. I’m once again going to unveil my Ninja tactics concerning developing a harder, firmer look, wait what the heck are we talking about? HIT ME

You seeing, toning for guys or girls is really about increasing myogenic tonus, or how firm the muscle feels and looks at rest.

A perfect example for guys is an Olympic lifter or for a woman is any bikini body that looks nice and firm. Jessica Alba might not know what she’s doing, but her trainer does.

Myogenic tonus determines how firm the muscles look. This is where the word tone comes from. Toning does not come from running or lifting high reps of a lighter weight. Those are muscular endurance exercises.

To increase myogenic tonus, you have to increase the density of the muscle. To do this, you need to lift heavier weights explosively, consistently!

Sounds simple, but let me explain. The faster you lift a weight, the more muscle fibres you recruit, and the heavier the weight, the denser the muscle will become. The more times you do this, the firmer the muscle will be.

This is true for males, females, dogs, everyone!

Here are 5 simple Rules to Live By

Rules to Live By
1. Never exceed 15 reps in any major movement unless its a circuit

2. Targeting a muscle will stimulate it and cause it to grow. If your arms are flabby, train those arms!

3. Integrate compound movements that work multiple muscles as your top workout priority

4. Balance your hormones by ensuring 8 hours of sleep
5. proper nutrition

Your diet should be low in sugar, grains, caffeine, empty carbs and any other junk thats not useful for your body. Fuel your body with plenty of protein, high fibre, healthy fats and carbs around work outs. This will balance your hormones and keep you in awesome shape.

In summary.
Nobody likes chicken wings for arms and you should have to settle for less. Change your work outs to be more intense, explosive, and accumulate enough time in the gym and you too will be sporting that beach body on the beach and you can even impress all your friends by explaining all about myogenic tonus.

Bloating, its the number one cause of unsexy stomachs on the beach and if you are a human, you are suffering from it or will be sometime in you life!

If you are interested in a flatter, leaner looking stomach and body, you need to kick that bloating out the door. Bloating makes you look pregnant even if you are a GUY.

What is bloating? Bloating is when your abdominal area is enlarged, full of either gas, indigestion or who knows what else. Bloating will cause a lean person to look less lean and an out of shape person look like a blimp.

Now before I go on, some people blame everything on bloating. Oh man I feel bloated cause I just ate Mcdonald’s, oh wait, I’m just fat! You see what I’m saying?

The Problem
Bloating is caused by poor digestion and food sensitivities. Dairy, gluten, soy, sugar, caffeine, should all be eliminated from diets to ensure proper digestion.

The Solution
Here are couple quick tips to eliminate bloating permanently

1. Ensure you eat small frequent meals so you don’t consume too much stomach volume at once
2. Exercise regularly to aid digestion
3. Consume a low amount of sodium, excess salt will make you look puffy
4. Consume lots of water, at least 4 Litres a day
5. Consume potassium rich foods like kiwi’s and avocados

Supplements that help
Two supplements that are great for this are
1. Fennel Seeds . Brew one teaspoon of fennel seeds and drink twice a day. This will aide in the explusion of gas

2. L-Taurine. Its a nonprotein amino acid, yadda yadda yadda, right? The bottom line is that its great for balancing the potassium sodium connecting and really helps with bloating by reducing water retention. Consume 1000mg twice daily.

Summary
So let it be said, so let it be done. Bloating will now be a thing of the past. The only thing you have to worry about is what to do with that new rocking body. Remember with great power comes great responsibility.

How To Get Six Pack Abs In 3 Minutes – Fast Flat Stomach

Knowing how to get six pack abs in 3 minutes is crucial since summer is right around the corner. This means it is crunch time and your goal over the next few weeks is to transform your body to get that flat stomach and those six pack abs you’ve always wanted.

Luckily the memory card was unharmed, but we only got to shoot the actual workout routine. So there wont be an introduction or ending to this video. No worries though, we are in the process of getting another camera so we can keep making our videos.

So now to the more important part of the video. Its almost summer time and that means shirts are coming off and its time to show off those muscles you’ve been working on all year.

What? You haven’t been working out all year? You say you have no time?

No need to worry, all you need is a few minutes a day! In three minutes you can get the flat stomach and the sexy six pack abs you’ve always wanted as long as you stick with it. Each exercise targets a specific part of your abdominals, so at the end of the 3 minutes you will have effectively worked out your upper abs, lower abs, obliques, and stabilizer muscles.

If the three minutes isn’t enough for you, just keep repeating the routine without breaks until you are no longer able to do it.

If you have been working out or are starting to, I would suggest putting this three minute abdominal routine at the end of your workouts. Constant strain on your abs will encourage them to be tight and burn that fat.
