eating become such an all-or-nothing proposition? It seems that
Americans are either gorging on gargantuan portions of unhealthy,
highly processed foods and getting fatter all the time, or they’re
starving themselves on the latest hyper-restrictive diet that no one
could stay on for more than a few weeks without feeling miserable and
deprived. Whatever happened to just enjoying good food, in moderation,
without guilt? If we buy into the common-sense wisdom found in books
like the bestseller French Women Don’t Get Fat by Mireille Guiliano, it’s
clear that the way to be thin and still have some joie with our meals
is to adopt a more traditional, and worldly, way of dining. Moderate
portions, fresh whole foods, relaxing and lingering with family and
friends at the table — it’s what they do not just in France, but throughout
the Mediterranean, Latin America and Asia. These are places where
obesity rates have historically been low , at least until the global
spread of fast food and sedentary lifestyles boosted obesity
everywhere, . It’s where the “gym workout” was a bicycle ride to work or
school, or where eating a low-fat diet meant Mom stretching the meat by
stuffing cabbage or grape leaves. This reminds us that it is possible
to eat what you love without feeling guilty, deprived or going on any
restrictive regimen. Here’s how. 1. Start with soup. This Japanese
tradition is one of the best weight-loss strategies. That’s because
eating soup, particularly the broth-based vegetable kind, before your
entrée fills you up so you eat less during the meal, explains Barbara
Rolls, Guthrie professor of nutrition at Penn State University in
University Park, and author of The Volumetrics Eating Plan. A two-year
French study of 2,188 men and 2,849 women found that those who ate soup
five to six times a week were more likely to have BMIs below 23 ,
considered lean, , compared with infrequent- or non-eaters whose BMIs
tended to be in the 27 range. 2. Make lunch your main meal. Although
they do this throughout Europe, a good explanation for eating your big
meal at midday comes from ayurveda, India’s 5,000-year-old approach to
wellness. “According to ayurveda, we’re actually designed to eat the larger
meal at lunch because our digestive ‘fire,’ called agni, is strongest
between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., so we digest more efficiently,” explains
Jennifer Workman, a Boulder, Colorado-based ayurveda specialist,
registered dietitian and author of Stop Your Cravings. “I’ve seen people in
my practice lose 5 to 10 pounds just by doing this.” 3. Think quality,
not quantity. The French snub processed “diet foods” not found in nature,
opting instead for high-quality meats, fish, produce, dairy, even
desserts. When food is fresh and flavorful, you can be satisfied with
smaller portions. This is the opposite of the American approach, which
is to fill up on bland diet foods, then gorge on sweets later. “The
French set the standard for small portions with their haute cuisine,”
says David Katz, MD, author of The Way to Eat. “If we consider that part
of eating is to induce pleasure, if you can get there with quality of
choice, you get there in fewer calories.”

How To Lose Weight Fast|Fat Burner

Losing weight quickly is not easy and most of the time the solution is only temporary. You no doubt need to find ways to lose weight fast.

We are going to discuss some ways to lose weight fast and how to maintain it at that level.

Never think that you are going to find a magic pill that is going to work for you overnight.

Do Not Waste Your Time On Expensive Equipment And Empty Promises

What I do offer is some tips on healthy methods you can use to lose as much fat weight as possible in as short a time as possible.

If you’re willing to commit to it, here are some tips concerning what you can do to look and feel markedly better in the next couple of months:

1. Eat well. Don’t just eat frequently.
Provides us with ways to lose weight fast. You must eat more vegetables and fruits. Don’t eat foods that contain too much fat, especially sweets and junk food. If you don’t like to exercise, try going for a walk about an hour after eating a meal.

2.Sweat it out.
Aerobic exercise is crucial to fat loss, and if you need to lose the fat faster then you will need to do it more often than average. This means 6 or even 7 days of the week, for 45 minutes or so each day.

3. Eat diet foods, but don’t forget the effectiveness of a balanced diet. Drinking green tea after every meal is a natural way of losing weight without much effort.

4. Burn more calories while sleeping.
The way to do this is to build more muscle, so you’re going to want to do some weight training. Doing workouts 3 or 4 days a week, 30 minutes each day will increase your lean body mass and charge your metabolism even further. This means more calories burned and more fat loss, particularly in the long term.

5. Don’t drink soda and other carbonated soft drinks.

6. Avoid fried meat and grilled food. Instead, include vegetables soup and salads in your diet. Again changing your diet is one of the best ways to lose weight fast.

7. Don’t eat too much at once. Make a time table of eating 5 or 6 meals a day. Change your diet and you will find new ways to lose weight fast !

My friend Dave the raw food truck driver tells his story of how he came from the brink of death to heal himself of several diseases including colon cancer, type II diabetes, kidney disease, with the consumption of raw foods. Not to mention his amazing weight loss of 178 pounds over the last 16 months, and he’s not stopping there. He is going to go ALL the way with his health, and wants YOU too as well. Dave is on Day 13 of a juice feast and he feels fantastic! 34 days is the longest he has ever juice feasted, and his goal for this one is a 64 day juice feast. Although he says he will still be listening to his body and will stop sooner if that is what his body tells him to do! He is currently basing most of his juices with powdered mixes such as BarleyMax, so he can more easily stick to the plan while on the road. He feels the BarleyMax gives him a real kick!

Dave is also now thrilled to finally be fitting into a size 42 pant, after being stuck in a 44 pant for awhile. Even if this means that the rate of his weight loss might be slowing, he still just knows he needs to continue on, and “stay as organic, raw & vegan as possible!”

Dave says he feels energetically alive!

Dave was also happy to share how he has been helping others out: he recently met with 4 people who have cancer, followed by 4 people who have insulin-resistant diabetes. Dave says that he feels so blessed to be able to help people, by simply sharing with them his personal experience of how he cured himself of colon cancer and diabetes!

And Dave healed himself of these ailments, all through the healing power of juices & raw foods…whole fruits & vegetables, partnered with primarily vegetable juicing. When not using the BarleyMax powdered juice mix, he focuses on raw vegetable juice recipes made with dark, leafy greens, as well as celery.
