What is the best Ab Belt for obtaining a strong noticeable six pack and the best muscle supplement builder?

I’m a normal healthy lean teenager, but I want to gain some lean body muscle mass. I want to have muscles that burst out of shirt sleeves and abs that get attention like a ripped movie star. I’ve tried asking advice at my gym about the best ab belt and muscle building supplement for lean body muscle, but all they say is "well take this and this and that from our center" because that’s what they’re paid to say.

I want lean body muscle fast–by summer. I go to the gym to work on Upper body Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, Lower body Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and Abdominals every day with the exception of Sunday for rest. Any recommendations!? Thanks so much for your time!!

Forget supplements. Stay away from them. Don’t think about them at all.

If you want to build "LEAN" muscle, you’re already off, believe it or not. Going to the gym and benching, doing curls, etc will give you bulky muscles. The best way, from my experience, to build lean muscle is to do exercises that use your own body weight, e.g. push ups. Push ups work all muscles in your arms, as well as your chest and shoulders, in addition to strengthening your abs.

For abs, also only stick to exercises that use your own body weight. They are in fact the most effective.

If you start a pushup program, and an ab program, I promise you you’ll be happy by the summer time. You can figure out your own ab exercises, but for pushups, I would really recommend trying http://hundredpushups.com/

You’d be flabergasted what push ups can do for you.

Hope this helped! Good luck!
