What are some exercies for the abdominals and chest area?
I am looking for some weight free exercies that focus on the abdominal muscles (six pack). I am also looking for others good for the chest area. I do not want to go to the gym to do these exercies and do not want any weights.
Please add how many I will have to do in order to see some definiton in abdominals and chest area.

Well if you don’t want to go to the gym and you don’t have a home gym you can’t do much of anything. Go with push ups and crunches.

crunches and sit ups are best for abdominals…for the chest, use arm bands and pull horizontally across and do repeated reps of these. it should help.

i work out a lot so try bicycle crunches, situps, and the superman (really wears u out)

crunches..cross your arms on your chest….only go up 4 inches….after that do leg lifts…..don’t do sit ups…they’ll damage your lower spinal cord. during commercials is when I do it on the living room rug…god knows there are lots of commercials

Sit ups and lots of em !! Crunches r ok but sit ups still seem to be the old standby for abs.Think about this though, With 2 lb. wgts. in concert with your exercise regimen you could more than double the muscle gain. Why no wgts ? You can gettum @ WalMart Super cheap !!

Work out 3 to 4 times a wk. I just turned around one day and figured it was time to get in shape !!
