Perfecting your six pack abs?

i’ve recently been training really hard at the gym and managed to get a 4pack of abdominals but still have a small amount of stomach fat below my belly button and was wondering what the best way to get rid of this is? i’m currently restricting what i’m eating to about 1500 calories a day and doing a routine involving situps, curls and crunches everyday. thanks :)

technically there are 8. that’s the best abs!

also, restricting your calories will inhibit muscle growth…

a good exercise for lower abs is leg raises. really good.

hope this helped!

Keep doing what you are doing. It might go away as you continue working out or maybe that’s just the way your body is built.

well you should work on your lower abs before you start working on your upper abs. working on your upper abs first makes your lower abs not get as good of a workout.

just keep your diet in check. 1500 calories sounds a little low but we do not know your size to determine it. also throw in some HIIT training.
