How do you build your lower abdominals.?

i want to get a six pack but only have a four pack right now. .. what exercise can you do ?? leg lifts ?

Pull yourself up on a pull up bar.Fingers facing out.Then bring both your legs up together so your body is like an L.Your legs have to be flat and bring them up slowly and drop them slowly.You might want to add weights on your feet also,because like your biceps to make them bigger and more noticable,you have to strengthen them to make them grow.Or your bodyfat might be a little too high.

    drop a medicine ball on your stomach 10 x 30 everyday for 90 days in a row.
    careful, if your not used to body shots start light.
    if your used to them start at 15pounds.

    I like flutter kicks. Lay on your back and place your hands under your glutes. your lower back needs to stay on the floor. Raise your feet six inches off the ground and then rotate moving them up and down for a set number. Then bring them back to six inches before dropping them. I also like the Supine bicycle. Start on your back…bring your legs up so your thighs are perpendicular to the ground and your calves are parallel. put your hands behind your head and bring your right elbow to your left knee, then switch to the opposite appendages while straightening out your leg.

    back extensions!! it develops the lower abdominals and your back muscles. without your lower back excercises you won’t develop your lower abdominals…. start out with no weights if your not used to doing the excerise, then slowly start adding and you’ll notice results.

    I agree with nesting, but also remember that diet is very important. You can actually increase your abdominal and not increase your belly fat thus it appears as if your belly is bigger than it was originally. The only way to a sic or eight pack is diet.

    okay so.. to be able to see those abs, you need to loose a bit of fat. there is a layer of fat covering them. run everyday, and it will lower your body fat. soon, you will see you whole 6 pack. also, to define them more, to leg lifts.

    Actually we all have a 6 pack lying underneath a layer of fat. The trick is to take off the layer of fat and then you will see the 6 pack. Most ab exercises do that and at the same time, harden that pack you have hiding.
