    The best thing I can say is to try some multivitamins for a week and see how they do. Some people don’t show any differences, but most show the pounds dropping like crazy. That’s because it gives your body nutrients that don’t or can’t be supplied in your normal diet and keeps your body from eating at your muscle. But they MUST be taken with some sort of exercise and watchful eating habits.
    If you want a good sport to help lose wieght, I recomend Tennis. It works all your major fat-gaining areas and teaches balance and control. It is also easy to always find someone to play with.

    Eat fruits, vegetables, and drink water. Watch what you eat. Stay away from sugar, and any junk food of any sort. Basically become a vegetarian for a while. My biological mother was pretty big just last year, and she never got any exercise except for walking back and forth around the house. She watched what she ate and now she only has about an inch of excess fat as opposed to 6 or so.

    Belly flab is exactly what it says, flab. There isn’t an exercise that will get rid of the flab. It isn’t muscle. Fat does not turn into muscle. The only way to lose it is by losing weight. Now to lose weight you must restrict calories and exercise. To know how many calories you must eat a day is if your a girl and your moderate height you should restrict your calories to about 1200 a day. Really measure and count the calories because you will be surprised how little food that actually is.
