how to lose belly fat in 1 week ?

without running…how can I lose belly fat? I don’t mind eating less & exercising but not running.
When you say exercising please be specific.

It’s not really necessary to exercise to lose belly fat, but it certainly doesn’t help. What about walking? It’s less impacting than running, better for your knees, and you can put on some good music or walk with a friends and actually have a great time.

Like I tell everyone, diet first, exercise second. If you do not control what you’re putting into your mouth then whatever you do afterwards doesn’t really matter as you’re defeating any exercise you did when you stuff a Big Mac in your pie hole.

To lose belly fat is really no different than losing any other fat. There are ways to eat in which you can lose 3-10lbs a week and safely lose 1-2lbs a week afterwards, and take it from me, the belly fat will go away in time. In one week, it’s not really possible to lose just belly fat, as you’re body is going to adjust and it’s naturally going to take fat from where ever it feels it needs to remove it.

From me, I lost it in my love handles and in my face, not a bad deal. I still have some belly fat to lose but it’s taken a lot longer to lose than 1 week. I would have preferred to lose it in my belly, but that’s not how it works for me. In fact, for me, that’s the last place it wants to come off!

You can do exercises that focus on your belly, but really you’re going to focus on your body as a whole and have much more impact than just doing more exercises.

    you cant lose belly fat in 1 week. the max someone can lose by not eating anything is like 5 pounds in a week. so yeah you should of thought about that sooner. there is no quick way to loose fat.

    Eat only salad’s or veggies w/ fish or baked or grilled chicken
    replace all your normal drinks with water if you want flavor to it you can buy flavoring packet’s there about 5 calories.dont eat white rice or have sugar no fried foods or junk.eat fruits for snacks or jello the one that has 10 calories..

    You can not lose belly fat in one week, but it depends on how much fat you have stored in your belly. So if you have like a huge gut then you can’t lose it in a week.
