How to lose belly fat?

I’m not fat at all but I’d like to look a bit better. I think sit-ups are not so good because although they build abs, they don’t really help you lose fat. How about swimming or cycling? What can you tell me about L-carnitine?

1. Exercises
2. Morning walk – 2 to 4 km a day
3. Less fat food

    If you wanna loose belly fat try doing some YOGA .The best part would be that you’ll be able to eat whatever you want and burn it off.IT HAS WORKED WONDERS FOR ME.
