How do i lose belly fat?
I am now 14 and i would love to have a nice body and more importantly…a really nice stomach. Now its hard to do since its the summer and is so hot and i cant ge out and exercise. Now i was wondering if you could give me some websites to visit or some tips on how to lose belly fat. i cant take it any more its annoying and frustrating and everytime i look around i see all these girls with smaller bodies than me and it makes me feel insecure sometimes. I even looked at my face and saw i was pickibg up wait. And the worst part out of all this is that some girl told me i was gaining weight again. I just wanted to go to my room and cry. Im 135 now but i want to get back to 122 (2 more lbs and i would have been considered underweight because of my height (5’7-5’8) ). So please i really want to and i cant stand anymore. And it would also be nice if you told me how to lose weight period…i just want to see results…THANK YOU TO ALL THOSE WHO GIVE ME AN ANSWER! Im sure Jehovah will be proud for you helping one of his people! ![]()
try the special k diet eat lots of fiber and drink lots of water if you cant get out side everyday at least do some stretches. (i don’t know if the Special k diet really works)

Eat healthy and don’t snack all the time. Even if it’s hot, you should go outside and play. Play sports, work up a sweat every day. That’s all it takes.

Drink lots of water… no soda. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grains (wheat bread), low fat dairy, and lean meats (grilled chicken.) Exercise some everyday and focus some of your exercisies on your mid section.
ALSO, Calcium is VERY good for losing belly fat. Google it and you will see that there are lots of studies that show this. So.. either get a calcium supplement or try eating lots of low fat dairy products as part of your healthy diet.

Hello,
3 types of workouts I like to talk about when it comes to getting rid of fat on abdomen. The type of exercises that many people do although it is not that effective in this case are abs work outs. Other exercises that you may heard of are cardio workouts. The 3rd type that not many people consider when trying to get rid of belly fat are exercises which focus on your main muscles.

You can do cardio but if you want the best results I don’t recommend it. Ab workouts can make your abs look better but not that effective to lose fat. What gives you the best reults in most cases are the whole body training exercises and having big muscles make you lose fat even when you are sitting down.
Exercises should be combined with healthy diet. If exercises burn calories less than you eat you will not be able to reduce fat.

It is good that you are concerned with weight gain at such a young age. It is not good to feal bad about gaining a little weight. As we get older we tend to put on few pounds. Food is fuel for the body. When we put more in the tank and the wrong types the body converts the excess into stored energy in the form of fat.
Your answer is to eat more fruits and vegetables, drink distilled water, take a multi vitamin, get exercise, start walking until you get a good sweat on daily or as much as possible, get a 36 inch round trampoline or a staionary bike,some daily physical activity where you sweat is a must. Swimming or tennis is good. Find some activity you like and do it for half hour to an hour each day. I practiced Tae Kwon Do/ Karate and at 42 got back to my high school weight. Dancing or some workout tape that you like and do every day can shape you up.There is a computerized dance mat that flashes colours that can give you a good work out. A jump rope work out daily can shape you up. You get the picture. Don’t cry- sweat is the answer. Hot days are good. Drink lots of water wear a hat and cover up as needed and get outside and sweat the weight off.
