when I was younger I actually maintained tone by using a set of exercises from Cosmopolitan magazine. It consisted of some leg lifts(on back and on side), leg extensions(while on all 4′s…extending the leg out from your body back all the way to your chest) and sit-ups. Continue to do toning exercises like that every day for 20 min..it will make a difference.
Belly fat is hard. Sit-ups are the only way I know of to reduce it…just make sure you do them correctly..you must breath in as you go down and exhale as you go up. if you do them right…you may only be able to do a few at a time when you get started…Don’t get discouraged! Feel the burn in your belly!
YOU must start eating healthy!!!
Good luck

be like really determined, it takes like 2 weeks for things to become habit so you have to really force yourself before it is a habit, excercise: start by stretching and becoming more flexible every morning or night, do like crunches and stuff as well, then move up to like pilates or something, i suggest renting some of those excercise videos or pilates or yoga or dance dvds, i used to think they were jokes but theyre avtually really helpful and fun, then get some upbeat music on an ipod or whatever and go for runs or swim if you hate running, diet: cut down on all that bad stuff but dont starve yourself, NEVER skip a meal cuz then you overeat on the next one, dont think about the things you cant eat, think of what you can, clear out your house of any really bad food, it’s all hard but so worth it, good luck =)

The best way to lose belly fat is through intense and varied cardiovascular exercise, rather than situps or ab machines. Take a look at RevAbs from Beachbody:
