Just a few …
Just a few corrections on the structure of the core. The “finger like” structures are the serratus anterior muscles (not the obliques). The v-cuts that he pointed to are the exterior abdominal oblique muscles. One final correction: the packs are not latitudinal muscles but three tendinous intersections (fibrous structures that cross the rectus abdominal muscles creating the “packs”). I think Rich just glitched on the camera. Other than those glitches. Rich has a a great set of abs.
