How long does it take to get six pack abs?
If i only do crunches say like 100 a day over a 3 month period and eat healthy will i achieve my goal? The reason being I promised myself that I would get six pack abs by the time of my last day of school which will be in 4 months and would like to reach that goal. I am sort of a lazy person but would like to get this and if only do this for 3 months and eat healthy will I get this?
Well, remember that its all in genes. How your built is how your body will react to the exercises you do.
Anyway..If you’re in good shape, just keep doing them, and you’ll get there. Make sure to keep drinking a lot of water, and eating lots. [not junk food].
Try crunches, lying on the floor with your legs up on a chair or bed, and crunch up, pressing your lower back into the floor and breathing steadily. Sit-ups hurt your back and rest your abs. You have to keep pushing your abs, so crunches really work.
Sounds good about the treadmill, you’ll be fit.
Good luck!
xx
P.S. you can always try different ab exercises if you search google videos for ab exercises.

i would do more than just 100. try doing around 250 reps but break them up. do 50 then rest for a min the do another set until you reach 250. also if you only do it for three months then stop it would be a complete waste of your time because once you achieve them they will go away if you don’t continue to work on them. hope my info helps.

Well the first thing is how much fat do you have on your stomach? If you’ve got ANY fat on there you need to burn it off with some cardio and nutritional eating.
After you’ve burnt your stomach fat, you need to then get lots of sit ups, crunches and other ab training stored out. Depending on how much fat you need to burn off, you can typically look at about 1-3 months if you use the right exercises to get a six pack.
