How can i get a six pack abs?

My stomach is not flat at all and there is no six pack ,I have tried many thing ,but nothing is working for me. I want to find a fast and effective way to get hot sexy abs….

If You have any Tips on how to get killer abs …Just help me.

    crunches…lots and lots of crunches…OR if you hate crunches, do pilates, i heard thats really good for abs and such

    There is a surgery where you can get the shape of a six pack cut into your stomach, and then stuffed up with meat, and sewn back up into that shape. Maybe you might be interested.

    I have 6pack abs! and my advise is:
    1) watch what you eat, that means no sugar, no white carbs, just plain lean meat and veges, and some nuts
    2) exercise a lot, like 1hr/day, high intensity..
    3) you’ll get abs in about 3months,if u are normal weight now

    First of all if you if you are a male then you need 10% or less bodyfat in order for them to be noticed. Females i think they need 18% or less but I’m not quite sure.
    A major tip that helped me was drinking 10 glasses of water daily and exercising 4 days a week which included chest, shoulders, back, biceps, and legs. Believe it or not working these body parts also help improve your core which is important for abs. In those 4 days, i chose 3 of them to do abs for 15 mins, which is a total of 45 mins in a week close to what you should dedicate in every muscle. Really thats all that I did to get a six pack but if you still dont get it then drink 12 glasses of water a day.

    Everyone has abdominal muscles. The problem is that people’s abs are hidden under fat. Lose weight to start developing those abs and start doing intense ab workout sessions.
