best way to get six pack abs?
is better to lose all the fat you want and then tone ur abs? or to lose fat while toning them?
eg do all cardio and after losing fat do strictly crunches and situps OR do cardio and ab workouts at the same time?
Basically you may have a 6 pack but the fat is blocking it.
Try running in a mirror if you see an outline of a 6 pack "wobble" up and down that basically means your fat.
The best/only way to get a 6 pack is to lose the fat (CARDIO – Running/Swimming/Tennis – Stuff that gets your heart going) and then doing some crunches/situps/weights
I do a combination of both. Using weights to lose fat is also recommended so you dont need to do one, then another. It is healthy and a good idea to do both at the same time.

Lose fat while your toning them. Do a ton of abs and do a ton of cardio. Dont drink soda or beer or other grease. Good Luck.

i wanna get a flat toned belly too like had couple years ago now i look bloated..i asked a body builder and was told most important is diet…eat lean chicken,fish lots of veg n cut out the junk ..drink two liters of water or try a day ..also do cardio n crunches best cardiio is skipping n running.and u have to be comitted it wont vanish over night it can take aatleast six months trying hard.well good luck too us both i guess hope it helped

Lose the fat. Getting abs is in theory damn easy. Even obese people have abs but its under the fat. So lower your body fat % and they will become visible. Once you’ve got that done you can strengthen your core muscles which will increase the size of your abs making them stand out.
I’d say just get on with the cardio and when you’ve no obvious excess fat start with anarobic exercises like crunches, etc.

well something you have to know is that ,you can have perfect abs but if your fat you cant see them. So the best thing you can do is lose some fat and at the same time do some abs workout.
