    @D170RHL Everybody has a 6-pack, if you didn’t have abs then you wouldn’t be able to stand/sit up straight lol, its just that some people have too much fat that you cant see it. So you on the other hand, “not fat n im not skinny” are right in the middle –i.e. average.– you should have a 6-pack. For if you didn’t, youd be a pile of limbs lying on the ground waiting to be picked up and moved around :P

    Oder deinen Trainings – und Ernährungsplan strikt durchgezogen?
    Mit ”Sündentag” meine ich das du an diesem Tag etwas gegessen hast worauf du einfach hattest.
