Very good indeed… … Very good indeed… i have a 4pack but i need to grow my abs and get a stronger core… doing this everyday all summer should do the job.

all people have six … all people have six packs it’s due to their fats that it is not visible doing cardio removes fats to have an obvious six pack i am aiming for an eight pack which can be classified as “suckish” now
i hae the “pack” as … i hae the “pack” as you all call it. i have the top two well defined, but when i feel my middle two packs i cant full distinguish amiddle line between the two separating them so its a left middle pack and a right middle pack. any hints/tips?

This program DOES … This program DOES work (start with level 1). Do a little cardio/aerobics (I run) then this program 3 times/wk alternating days. Control your diet. Lower your bad carbs (white grain like rice/bread) and sugar intake. You will see/feel results very quickly (1-2weeks). Throw in strength training on the off days and you will feel great. If you feel great chances are you will look great also. This program does not target lower abs much. Plenty of lower ab videos on youtube.
Is it okay if I do … Is it okay if I do Lv 1 and then after a short break Lv 2 after? I am 15 years old. Will anything bad happen? Please answer this question in a private message!
