How could I get ripped in like 2 or 3 weeks?

I want to know how to get really ripped in like 2 or 3 weeks. Without the use of steroids or anything un-natural. I wanted to take creatine but my dad tells me it causes kidney failure.

Unfortunately, you can’t get "ripped" in such a short period of time, especially if you consider yourself fat at the moment. To get "ripped", you need to have a body fat percentage of around 5%-10% (below 5% isn’t the healthiest state in the world to be in). It would also help to have a good amount of lean muscle. Neither can be achieved cleanly as fast as 2-3 weeks.

To achieve your goal "without the use of steroids or anything unnatural", you need at around 3-4 months (12-16 weeks) to build muscle and that same amount of time to burn the fat and let the muscles show, or as they say, become "ripped" (this is only if you consider yourself one with an average physique). So that’s about 8 months in total – and yes, this is the quickest amount of time it would take without steroids. It will take both healthy eating and proper exercise to reach your goal. Good luck.

    Do you understand what creatine is? It has nothing to do with fat loss. Although your Dad is very wrong – it definitely does not cause kidney failure, it’s the most tested supplement there is, and very safe, but won’t help you getting "ripped".

    Unless you’re already below 10% bodyfat, it is impossible to get ripped in such a short space of time.

    Plan in advance, with a decent diet, you can lose around 0.5-1% bodyfat a week at most.
