have a pretty ripped six pack. But I kind of want an 8 pack? Is that dumb or ugly? How do I get it?
I feel like an 8 pack just shows you have that much more determination. And it would be that much more fun to touch or whatever. But people say it looks ugly. Does it really look worse? And does anyone know of any exercises for the lower abs. Or do I need to do obliques. I am kind of new to working out. So basically, six pack or eight pack. If you want to see pictures to help you decide, just email me or look at my 360 profile.
I dont know how to get the bottom two defined. So I cant just do the same thing. lol
why do people think 8 packs just mean people are super full of themselves.
i’d say sixpack is enough.
they look sexy, while eight on the other hand, makes people think you are deeply in love with yourself and care much more about yourself rather than anyone else.

Go to Coronado, Califonia. Ask a SEAL. They know the score.
Good luck.

You spend way too much time concentrating on your lower abdominals. Get a hobby, better yet, a life

Hint:: The majority of girls can’t stand vain guys..!
Don’t worry, stay the way you are.. don’t make yourself into an arnold sywangeszer (wtf!) just to show your determination, you can show it by your actions and modesty.. that will definatly make people like you.. appearance is not important.. girls are more under pressure because we think we’re almost boycotted if we’re not pretty – but that’s not true at all!!

A real answer:
It is actually based on genetics. No matter how much you work out, if you have a six pack, you will continue to have a six pack. If you have an 8 pack you will continue to have an 8 pack.
Sorry to burst the bubble.
