Do not forget that genes have alot to do with this. This is not possible for anyone. Some people loose fat/build muscle faster than others with exactly the same kind of excersizes (take for example the mesomorph/endomorph/ectomorph difference – alot of difference in speed and genes etc)

. Did you go look his blog? If this has been cooked up by somebody or some company, they did a really great job. I think that if you take a picture of yourself one day, and the next day after having done pushups and abs all the day, there would be a difference. Look body-builders, picture before and after few hours of training, not the same… What is obvious for me in the second picture: he’s pulling his stomach in, and not in the first.
