I have went up 3 sizes in only 3 months and haven’t changed my diet or physical activity at all so I was wondering if this might be my issue. So I found this video interesting. Thx.

This test is more reliable than the test your DR will do from blood work.

  3. JodyGM Says:

    Actually I saw …
Actually I saw Robin McGraw (mrs. Dr Phil) discussing this. She suggested taking your temp 10 mornings in a row and it should always be the same.

    I was born without …
I was born without a thyroid gland. I have always had to take a pill everyday to replace those hormones that i can’t make, but as an adult i started to frequently forget to take my pills. I never realized how much damage i was doing to my body by doing that. I am usually either cold or too hot and my body can barely tolerate winter. Thanks for the explanation! It makes a lot of sense! I’ll be sure to take my pill everyday now. haha.

    Thank you for …
Thank you for sharing this. My chiropractor is having me keep track of my temp for a while. Losing weight has been hard. I have hypothyroidism in my family. I’m going to take control of this while I’m young.

  11. JonDeth Says:

    In biological terms …
In biological terms you are wrong on every account, including the definition of “waste”.

Heat is not a waste product, it’s a necessity of life that is lost due to the atmosphere. If the human body stops producing heat, it dies, absolutely no exceptions. Even if you’re in 100+ degree weather. If your body stops producing heat you die.

You equate a loss to waste. At best, you can say it’s GOING to waste.

There’s nothing to argue, you’re in fact quite stupid and this is my final response.

  12. brollykat123 Says:

    I think you just …
I think you just embarassed yourself. You supply no facts just your own words and furthermore refuse to listen to reason. I got my information from a school site that is reputable whether googled or not. Yes, we agree on one thing and that’s your realization that this argument is over(It’s been over). The fact is you never produced any facts there for I really had no reason to argue. Definition of waste: to destroy or consume.
    (Keyword being consume)
    Have a nice life!

  13. JonDeth Says:

    Google is not a …
Google is not a reliable source.
Your interpretation of the facts is rather juvenile and ill informed. Waste means it’s unneeded and has a level of toxicity. Heat is a necessity for all life.
Unless you’re producing so much heat it’s causing necrosis, it can not be considered toxic.

Feces has a toxicity and is a waste product.
Urine has a toxicity and is a waste product.

I’m done argugint with you, your breed of ignorance is an embarassment to the public school system.

  14. brollykat123 Says:

    That right there …
That right there was facts, take it or leave it. In fact just google “is the heat our bodies produce a waste product of energy” and sure enough…

  15. JonDeth Says:

    That was really …
That was really weak and a blatant display of your ignorance in terms of biological synthesis.

  16. brollykat123 Says:

    ok, it’s like this: …
ok, it’s like this: consumer or plant, sea plants or certain bacterias convert the suns energy into glucose. We eat plant whether directly or indirectly and make use of energy that the sun made for us. We use energy and that energy or heat is no longer usable to us aka garbage. Inorganic nutrients is recycle, energy is not.

  17. JonDeth Says:

    So an animals need …
So an animals need for heat to live is a theory?

Even cold blooded reptiles need heat to survive and since their body produces none, they live in tropical or desert climates where they can absorb heat from the sun.

    Congratulations, you fail!

  18. brollykat123 Says:

    ugh! Seriously, all …
ugh! Seriously, all this stupid, foolish, ignorant bs is quite 6th grade if you ask me. I’m seeing an undertone here and doesn’t take a 6th grade science wizz to see it either. Where’s your reliable 6th grade knowledge?
You keep raving on about your theories but forget to realise that you are no more believable than anyone else text commenting.
    Correction, I didn’t skip anything.

  19. JonDeth Says:

    You’re not …
You’re not disagreeing with me, you’re disagreeing with a biological fact.
Maybe you skipped those science lessons in 6th grade

I called the guy posting stupid, not the video author. He just phrased something a bit foolishly while otherwise showing reliable knowledge that needs a slight refresher.

  20. brollykat123 Says:

    Alright, it seems …
Alright, it seems your working yourself up for no reason. Me involving myself into whatever, is entirely my decision and I stick to my guns(we’ll leave that alone). Also, I didn’t and still dont agree with you on what you said, that’s why it was me disagreeing with you(hence agreeing to disagree).
I am not taking away from your intelligence by not believing in what you believe in and vice versa.
    So yeah.

  21. JonDeth Says:

    What are you …
    What are you talking about?
You were rude and involved yourself in a debate that had nothing to do with you.

The guy was making a stupid argument because I corrected the video poster.
Absolute fact, heat is not a waste product.

For someone to argue this with me and be rude about it, makes then quite stupid.

So in other words, you had no point by interjecting. There’s nothing for us to agree or disagree on, the guy is stupid.

  22. brollykat123 Says:

    Let us agree to …
    Let us agree to disagree…
In any event, I respect your opinion as everyone is entitled to having one.

  23. JonDeth Says:

    I didn’t start the …
I didn’t start the name calling, I responded to name calling with labeling.

Anyone that argues the fact that heat isn’t essential for human life and that it’s a waste product, IS a moron. Ignorant means uninformed or uneducated on the subject. Arguing the fact after being informed and still insisting it’s waste truly is the act of a moron, idiot, someone stupid, retarded, etc.etc.etc.

    The label was justified.
Remove all heat from the body, it dies.
Nothing undermines 6th grade learned facts.

  24. brollykat123 Says:

    I think there term …
I think there term waste product is producing an unsavory after taste in our minds here. When you think of waste you think of garbage, that’s the meaning that is being brought across. Heat is more like tranfered energy from one source to another(human body), it’s like recycling…

  25. brollykat123 Says:

    Well, what happens …
Well, what happens when you eat very little you are always cold, right? Or better yet, when you are eating foods that dont fuel you, what happens??
Trust me, my aunt does this and she is always cold, we live in Florida….
Debating is cool, but resorting to name calling kind of undermines your point of view…
