#1 – My Spring Fat Lost Goal is to decrease my body fat. Currently my body fat is about 27% (no I am not proud of that).

I’m always looking for motivation, I have the mental drive just no physical desire! I don’t drink a lot caffeine and my blood draws are normal so I don’t know why I have NO energy! Any suggestions?! Thanks!! I love your website by the way!

I had my daughter 2 …
I had my daughter 2 years ago and I run 2 miles at the gym 3 times a week but ahvent noticed much difference…I read the skinny book and lost 25 pounds in 3 months being a strict vegan….but as soon as a started eating meat and milk adn cheese it all came back and it its way harder then ever before to lose any kind of weight..

My spring weight …
My spring weight loss goal is to lose some pounds and lower my body fat percentage.
I have three areas that I am in fear of being ‘saggy’. These areas are my underarms, my lower belly (aka the pooch), and my breasts. I would really appreciate a workout that will really target these areas and tighten and tone them.
