I watch your videos …
I watch your videos twice….everything I knew was s**t….it’s been 8 months of hard exercising, like an idiot, with lame results and a way to tired body…
At the end of it it is all about food, cardio and body strength training.
I do 30 mins of cardio each workout. But then do so many repeats at each set, of strength training, that I end up by decreasing weights at the next workout.
And I do awful as far as food goes.
I need to change everything I did during the last 8 months..everything.

eat atleast 4 meals …
you should aim to gain around 10 kg a year, and if you have a balanced diet you should not need to take any of those expensive supplements such as weigh protein and creatine.
eat atleast 4 meals, every 2/3 h and make sure you don’t over train at the gym: do around 4 days of gym a week, each time one hour. make sure if you do alot of cardio such as running or biking, that you cut back abit on that also. push yourself to the limit at the gym, but keep each session under 1h 15 min
