What are some easy ways to lose belly fat?

I’m 4’8, weigh 110 pounds, and i’m 11. I need help to lose belly fat. I go to school from 8am-3pm. I ride the bus and usually get home at about 4-4:30. All i’m asking for are some simple ways to lose belly fat sorta fast. Also, i want to know how much i should weigh. All answers are appreciated! Thanks!

There is no EASY way to lose belly fat, but there are ways to do it.

Unfortunately, you cant do excersises to target a certain area of fat, so dont listen to people that say "sit ups". Yes, they may help, but it wont be the only thing you need to do.

First of all, you are 11 and you really shouldnt worry about this, but considering that you are, you could do a few thigns…

1) BE ACTIVE. This doesnt mean join a gym (you are 11) but go outside, run around, play sports, climb on a jungle gym…kids stuff

2) Easy on the candy and desserts. Maybe dont eat desserts for every meal or anything (not saying that you were, just I know what I did when I was a kid). Avoid eating candy when you are bored.

3) DONT WORRY ABOUT IT. The more you think about it, the more you are going to worry about it and the more likely you are to do something stupid about it. You are a kid, enjoy life! Dont worry about your appearance right now because I promise you wont look a thing like you do now come 10 years from now.

You are 11 and you need to stop worrying. Enjoy being a kid and watching Nickelodeon (even though my generation had better shows haha jk).

I think you should try different exercises for your belly, use google if you do not know any.

Try some running, jogging, jumping or any other cardio exercises.

Okay well I’m buying a new swimsuit by then, and I have side fat even when I’m wearing sweats >.> My stomach is pretty flabby and where I wear my bra too. Is there a way to get rid of this? And will my boobs be gone too? D: And probably by how much? I’m a b/small c. I’m also 5’2" and weigh 130, and I’m 14. What should I do to get rid of it? I can walk for like 45 minutes a day, would that help?

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.

(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)

Right now im trying to lose belly fat and chest fat. I took a fitness test and im in the gold fitness levels however i have tons of fat on my stomach and chest. How do i get rid of man boobs! This bugs me so much because i go to the gym 5 times a week biking 2 hrs straight on the weekends no junk food and end up losing no weight at all! I have pretty bad stamina but im good at everything else. I can run for 20 mins but my stamina sucks when it comes to hockey :P . Any tips you have would be great and appreciated. Thanks!

I’m a 16 year old male, and I want to lose belly fat. It’s not that I’m fat, because I’m not. I’m normal sized. But I want my abs to look more defined, and I realized that no matter how much I work them out, you won’t be able to see them underneath my layer of belly fat. So how can I right this wrong?

To lose belly fat, eat whole foods like fruit and vegetables, avoid processed foods, saturated fat, refined carbohydrates (white flour products, sugar). Burn fat with cardiovascular exercise such as fast walking, dancing, jumping rope, bike riding, activities that raise heart rate but you can still carry on a conversation. And the best exercise for a nice firm core is Pilates.

I love how everyone thinks you can just lose weight ultra fast and they all want it quick . Fact is it may or may not take a month and fact is you should be open to ANY way to lose weight not just the quick way . Diet and Cardio are all you need . Be active an hour a day , run around the block , play sports , run on the treadmill do something . If you had to getting on insanity or p90x is always an option. Eat 6 small meals a day every 2-3 hours so you don’t overeat and so your body is primed for fat loss and won’t hold fat because it knows your going to feed it . Drink a gallon of water a day , eat lean protein. Fish and Chicken. Get a balanced diet daily . Fruits , Meats , Vegetables etc and allways take a multivitamin.

I play tennis for about 2 hours a day for three days and I usually only eat once a day. I’m gonna try and attempt to start the 6 meal program and start to run everyday. But is there any way to speed up the loss of fat?

If you want to firm up the tummy start an exercise of crunches and sit ups. They both firm and flatten the tummy. Losing weight should be no problem if you cut out high calorie foods such as sugary sodas and pastries. Just cut the calories.
