well i keep reading that you cant lose weight in one area . but is there any possible way i can lose just belly fat not my legs. oh and im a preteen 4’11 and 102 pounds .

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

I am 20 years old 5’10 and 165 pounds. I need to know ways to lose belly fat. My arms and legs are already built but I want solid toned out 6-pack abs. People can barely see my abs. I heard that running on a treadmill is good for this? If that method is right then how long should I be running and how fast on a treadmill?? What are some good methods for this??

Do it for an hour. Spend 15 mins. on walking/warming up, then speed up a little after that. Also, speed down when there is only about 10-15 mins left and just walk the time left. :) You should also do crunches, sit-ups, P90X (very effective) for 90 days, and watch your diet. :D

i have an 8 yr old son and a 4 mos old daughter. after giving birth to my 8 yr old son my stomach snapped right back to its original state i had no belly fat . but two years later i got comfortable and started eating everything and i gained a lil weight. then i got pregnant again and now my stomach is soooo stretched out it’s ridiculous.
what exercise regimen do i use and what should i eat ?

i have belly fat and i want to get rid of it. what is a good routine to lose it and how long would it take?

P90 and P90x. For real, dude.If you stick with the program and a high-protein, low-carb diet, you will see results in, like, 2 weeks.

My brother did it and transformed over the course of 9 weeks from a chubb to an athlete. It was ridiculous.

ok so i never did have a belly but now i do have a lower belly and i dont know how to get rid of it. So i asked my friends and they said do sit ups, another said run, and another said squats and im trying very hard to get rid of it. So which one of them is right and what should i do to get rid of my lower belly fat? And also i heard that depending on what you eat will make it harder to lose belly fat is this true too?

How to lose belly fat in roughly 4 weeks?

So I’m 14 years old & weigh around 120-30ish. I’d like to lose some of my belly fat in time for school. What are some good exercises to do on a daily/weekly basis? And, what else should I do to help me achieve my goal?

Stay away from fast & fried foods, drink only water, and RUN! :) Crunches, bicycle crunches, V ups, and squats worked well for me, I was about your weight, but two years older.

I’m 4’8, weigh 110 pounds, and i’m 11. I need help to lose belly fat. I go to school from 8am-3pm. I ride the bus and usually get home at about 4-4:30. All i’m asking for are some simple ways to lose belly fat sorta fast. Also, i want to know how much i should weigh. All answers are appreciated! Thanks!

There is no EASY way to lose belly fat, but there are ways to do it.

Unfortunately, you cant do excersises to target a certain area of fat, so dont listen to people that say "sit ups". Yes, they may help, but it wont be the only thing you need to do.

First of all, you are 11 and you really shouldnt worry about this, but considering that you are, you could do a few thigns…

1) BE ACTIVE. This doesnt mean join a gym (you are 11) but go outside, run around, play sports, climb on a jungle gym…kids stuff

2) Easy on the candy and desserts. Maybe dont eat desserts for every meal or anything (not saying that you were, just I know what I did when I was a kid). Avoid eating candy when you are bored.

3) DONT WORRY ABOUT IT. The more you think about it, the more you are going to worry about it and the more likely you are to do something stupid about it. You are a kid, enjoy life! Dont worry about your appearance right now because I promise you wont look a thing like you do now come 10 years from now.

You are 11 and you need to stop worrying. Enjoy being a kid and watching Nickelodeon (even though my generation had better shows haha jk).
