I am 19 year olds and already have a beer belly. I have been going to the gym, doing a lot of cardio 3 times a week, but to no effect on the belly. I do not want to lose weight anywhere else on my body, as I am too skinny everywhere else as it is (I look like a pregnant skinny man lol).
So what should I do to get rid of my beer belly, without losing weight everywhere else?
If you need to eliminate tummy flab expediently then you’ll notice a few things you must do. First of all, you need a calorie deficit. This is basic and imperative. Id wager that three fourths of the reason you gain or lose fat is due to food choices. An additional thing you must do is get a few kind of work-out. It doesnt have to be brutal, relentless cardiovascular work-out. The hassle-free action of walking can burn tummy flab. It has the added bonus of being easy on your joints. Its also a lot easier to keep in a program. Several folk try to run right from the start and seek out it to be too difficult. They then give up. Nothing was accomplished. This is where walking has a nice edge. Even though, you dont have to leave it at that. Truly, any actions you take outside of your normal program is going to result in additional fat reduction. It could be something as easy as taking the actions a few extra times or even waving your arms around for no reason. If youre moving then youre burning the fat.
One of the basic elements to this process is maintaining a calorie deficit. To make a caloric deficit more easy to manage, try to discover food types that you may still enjoy that additionally happen to be low in calories. I will definitely give you a very good example. I love sweets. So in my case I like having something to snack on that seriously hits that sweet tooth. I used to eat candy, chocolate bars, and all sorts of other junk dishes items. What Ive replaced a lot of that stuff with is fruit. I seriously love watermelon and nectarines. Not only are they sweet and delicious, then again they are much lower in calories than typical process sugar snacks. As a bonus, watermelon is additionally particularly filling. So if you snack on that not only is going to you take care of your sweet craving, though youll leave yourself feeling full enough that you wont have a problem avoiding consuming a bit much.
Expert models in fitness commercials, magazines, and other places have marvellous looking abs. The truth is, these kinds of abs are the result of a low body flab percentage. In plenty cases, its just temporary for them. They follow a hardcore diet just before a photo shoot. Between jobs they put a few pounds back on simply because such a low amount is not good for long term health. What you see is generally a 7-12% body flab percentage, dependant on genetics and exercise routines. So, if you want ripped, sexy abs like models then you want low body flab. Nonetheless, I would advise you to not be obsessed with that type of abdomen. Even if your abdominal muscles are not popping out, you can still look very good and be beneficial. Dont fall for this trick.

I have quite a strong belly but I feel that it is hidden by belly fat. I’ve always wanted to wear a bikini an in about 6 months in going on holiday and I really want to wear a bIkini. I’m not that out of shape to b honest. But do have a bit of belly fat. A diet/meal plan would b helpful… xxxx
Answers is chock a block with people wanting someone or something to lose weight for them. Unfortunately in case you haven’t heard it before, diets don’t work! Statistically 2 in 3 so called dieters end up heavier.
There is really only one way to sustain weight loss. Less in, more out. It is the second part that is essential, and of course that is also the reason most people fail. You need to do 30-40 minutes of vigorous exercise 5 days a week, FOR LIFE!
Unfortunately the vast majority of people who are desperate to lose weight and say they will do anything, actually mean try any fad diet or swallow any dubious pill, as long as they are not expected to get off the couch. Result? They are doomed to remain fat!

I’m a teenager and have NO self confidence, losing weight would help a lot.. I just don’t know what is healthy, and not a lot of money. I’ve tried eating healthy or cutting down on foods, that helped a little but now it’s getting worse again.. I want to lose belly fat and thigh fat. Any suggestions?
You should check out Truth About Abs. In my opinion its better than p90x and doesn’t stand more on exercise like p90x does and focuses more on diet since diet is 70% of weight loss. Go to http://boyels.com for more information on it and watch their video to see if it could be of use to you. I can’t say I lost xxx pounds but it did help me trim the 25 pounds on my stomach revealing my abs. Also just because it says Truth About Abs does not mean it only works on stomach. They tell you it’s impossible to lose weight in just one area and spot reduction which is exactly that, is a myth and you must lose weight all over your body to lose weight off your stomach. They don’t offer magic pills or some new science research. What they offer is information that has been around for centuries. It’s also not a (lose all your weight in one week (unless you only need to lose 5 pounds or so. All they offer is a guaranteed way to lose weight and to lose it fast if you have the determination to follow through their diet and exercise routine. I wish you the very best way in your journey to lose weight and hope that you stick with it. Just remember while others are sleeping, we are running.

Hi I’m 15 and I have some belly fat and some fat on my chest that I want to get rid of.I weigh 132 and I’m 5’9 and I don’t really know how to lose it or replace it with muscle and don’t know any workouts or equipment to start out with to lose it. So if you know any or something that can help me with his tell me thanks.
5’9" and 132 lbs is skiny! Anyway, if you want to lose belly fat do lots of cardio and ab exercises such as leg lifts while laying down, scissor kicks, crunches, bicycle kicks and leg raises using the machine. For chest (if you have gynecomastia) you need to eat healthy and do chest workouts like push ups, pull ups and machines that target your chest. But it is most important to eat healthy. If you do all of these exercises, but you fail to eat healthy you will not see any change in your body.

Im a 14 year old girl and i have a bit of a belly! I can’t go out for jogs or anything like that (mum wont let me) and i want to lose my stomach. Any suggestions on how to? and how long do you think it will take to start losing fat without exercising just extreme dieting? thanks x
Extreme dieting is not good! Eat healthily. Lots of fruits, vegetable, dense bread, wholegrains, protein etc. But you also need to do some exercise because
1. It makes losing weight MUCH easier. Exercising burns calories.
2. If you don’t exercise your muscles will slowly deteriorate and you’ll be weak
3. Muscles use up lots of energy just to maintain so it’s good to have those while dieting.
Just do some sit-ups, weights, push ups, and walk to places instead of being driven or catching public transport. Also riding bikes is good. Running isn’t the only way to get fit. Dancing and yoga can be fun as well.

I have been searching online for exercises and what to eat in order to lose belly fat. But all the articles are about how to get a sex pack, about pills, and stupid online books. I don’t want any of that. I just want to get a flat stomach. I have read that sit ups and crunches don’t work either. Besides walking, running, and swimming, what are other ways I can lose the belly fat?
Losing belly fat is not a simple thing and lots of effort must be put in the process. I am trying to key in important information on how to lose belly fat. People keep on trying many things and don’t get success in the first attempt itself. You must have also heard about various machine based equipment to lose weight but I definitely do not recommend them at all. Other option you would come across when searching on tips on how to lose belly weight would be various types of belts (Sauna belt, Abs Belt) that promise to give you slimmer belly in specific time. But I assure that nothing would be good enough or better than exercising right and eating right. Perhaps you should do exercises to lose belly fat. Slimming belts would not be producing satisfactory results and even if it does, these are temporary. As soon as you stop using these, fat would pile up back on belly. These activities also reduce metabolism levels of or body thus causing more harm in long run than doing any good.
Next available thing in market is what we call the Morning Walkers, which claims to burn belly fat just by laying down on floor for 10- 15 minutes twice a day. It is for you to believe or not but I would be very judgmental in this and believe that even if your body is working, your mind is relaxing which may cause conflict between function of your body and mind.
