I am now 14 and i would love to have a nice body and more importantly…a really nice stomach. Now its hard to do since its the summer and is so hot and i cant ge out and exercise. Now i was wondering if you could give me some websites to visit or some tips on how to lose belly fat. i cant take it any more its annoying and frustrating and everytime i look around i see all these girls with smaller bodies than me and it makes me feel insecure sometimes. I even looked at my face and saw i was pickibg up wait. And the worst part out of all this is that some girl told me i was gaining weight again. I just wanted to go to my room and cry. Im 135 now but i want to get back to 122 (2 more lbs and i would have been considered underweight because of my height (5′7-5′8) ). So please i really want to and i cant stand anymore. And it would also be nice if you told me how to lose weight period…i just want to see results…THANK YOU TO ALL THOSE WHO GIVE ME AN ANSWER! Im sure Jehovah will be proud for you helping one of his people!
try the special k diet eat lots of fiber and drink lots of water if you cant get out side everyday at least do some stretches. (i don’t know if the Special k diet really works)

It seems like the place I really gain weight is my tummy! >:|
And I workout a lot and I run a lot but I just can’t get rid of that belly fat. I have like the BEST LEGS EVER!!! They’re toned and my butt’s pretty perky too! But I still have a little belly and I want to get rid of the fat! All of it! i want it COMPLETELY flat so I can see my abs!
I’m confused on why my tummy is like it is because I drink so much water. I take multi vitamins daily. I eat well. i don’t eat mcdonald’s or any fast food at ALL. NO PROCESSED foods either. But I just cannot get rid of it and it’s starting make me depressed!
I want my body at it’s best and I dont want to start obsessing over it so please help me figure out what to do.

situps really is the best belly only excersize. it’s that simple lol, do as much as you can per day and see what happens i used to do situps alot and i have abs and a pretty flat belly hope this helped!

I am 13 and i really want to lose belly fat.
I also want to maintain a good healthy weight.
I want to eat healthy but am not sure of what types of foods would be helpful.

Simple. Just exercise more and eat less (and healthier). Try to only eat when you’re hungry and eat smaller portions (like instead of eating a whole bag of chips, eat a small bowl and savor it). Don’t eat just because you’re bored and don’t eat in front of the computer or TV. Make healthier meals with lots vegetables and full grains. Drink skim milk at dinner but drink water the rest of the day. You can still enjoy a few cookies or a bowl of ice cream, just don’t overdo it.
For exercise, make it a goal to do something physical every day. You could take the dog for a walk, go biking, go for a jog, swim a few laps, do some hard yard work, go for a hike, do some sit ups and pushups, try yoga, or watch a workout video! Don’t make up complicated routines or anything; you’re less likely to keep up. It’s okay if you miss a day or two; just make sure you start back up again the next day.
Also, don’t forget to take a multivitamin and get enough sleep! Good luck, you can do it!

without running…how can I lose belly fat? I don’t mind eating less & exercising but not running.
When you say exercising please be specific.

It’s not really necessary to exercise to lose belly fat, but it certainly doesn’t help. What about walking? It’s less impacting than running, better for your knees, and you can put on some good music or walk with a friends and actually have a great time.
Like I tell everyone, diet first, exercise second. If you do not control what you’re putting into your mouth then whatever you do afterwards doesn’t really matter as you’re defeating any exercise you did when you stuff a Big Mac in your pie hole.
To lose belly fat is really no different than losing any other fat. There are ways to eat in which you can lose 3-10lbs a week and safely lose 1-2lbs a week afterwards, and take it from me, the belly fat will go away in time. In one week, it’s not really possible to lose just belly fat, as you’re body is going to adjust and it’s naturally going to take fat from where ever it feels it needs to remove it.
From me, I lost it in my love handles and in my face, not a bad deal. I still have some belly fat to lose but it’s taken a lot longer to lose than 1 week. I would have preferred to lose it in my belly, but that’s not how it works for me. In fact, for me, that’s the last place it wants to come off!
You can do exercises that focus on your belly, but really you’re going to focus on your body as a whole and have much more impact than just doing more exercises.

I am 15 years old 123lbs 5 feet 7 inches. I workout everyday except for wed, sat, sun I saved those days for extra cardio. I have been working out for 7-8 months and I still have the same body fat! I only have 2 pack abs to. I am a vegetarian too since I was born, could someone give me some advise.
You can try P90X , but P90X costs $125 and it takes 90 days for results. A better choice and even a faster and free program is the specialized fat burning program called the Fat X 12 fat burning workout and diet program. I understand it’s not possible to lose fat from one specific area, but what exercises would help target the stomach and hips? Besides sit ups and cardio. Thanks!

As you already know you cannot target specific parts of your body to lose weight from that area, spot reduction is a myth. However what does work is to plan out a good diet regiment.
First things first, you must completely avoid sugary snacks, process foods and other junk foods COLD TURKEY! you have to give those up.
Next step is to create a diet plan that includes healthy green leafy veggies, fruits, lean protein, and high fiber whole grains.
Increasing your metabolism is an excellent way to lose fat, not only because it burns fat, but it also gives you a lot more energy.

Are there any foods that fight abdominal fat? What are some fat triggering foods? What are exercises that help you get rid of fat in your thighs and belly? DO NOT say cardio, sit ups, or crunches.
Yes I do know cardio helps. I’m asking if there is anything else I can do. -___-
Eat less or eat healthier. But cardiovascular exercise helps to lose weight too. And fat triggering foods? I don’t think there is any. If you eat a lot of something,you’ll gain weight. If you eat less of something,you’ll lose weight.
And spot reduction is a myth. Your body will tell what fat is going first. So it takes time and patience. So just have a well balanced diet it,or do what I do; and just eat the foods you like;but in smaller portions. And take at least 3 days of the week to do 30 minutes of cardio. Just move around a bit during the day. Even a ten minute walk around the block. Every little bit helps.

i want to lose my belly fat very fast its not big but it is a problem to me please help.
jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

I need to be a little skinnier by August 1st. So i can wear a bikini when i go on vacation. I’m not fat or obese or anything, i dont need to lose weight either. i just need to slim down a litle. but i have to do it really fast. I do 50 sit-ups every day but it doesnt seem to do anything. what can i do?
