How do i get six pack abs, which exercise and what diet plan to follow?
A mistake people make when wanting a six pack is they only focus on doing ab workouts, yes it will build ab muscle but thats the easy part. you want to lose the belly fat to show the six pack. Stick to lean meats and avoid junk food. eat fruits vegatbales etc. Do sit ups until failure which means till u cant anymore then make sure you get some low calorie healthy protein afterwards to build those ab muscles. Also do cardio to lose the body fat, runnning,boxing,etc took me about a year of changin up my diet and excersize to get a 6 pack results are worth it

Hi guys, I would like to know how long it would take me to get six pack abs.
I am a pretty lean and athletic 14 year old with EXTREMELY high metabolism. I use the ab machine like 3-4 times a week (around 100 times per session). I do around 100 crunches 2-3 times a week with some plank and the use of ab wheel everyday. I have a pretty healthy diet. So what do you guys think?
believe it or not, ab excercises will not give you "six pack abs". you have to get below 7% body fat for your abs to show, by doing that keep doing cardio for about a month and you should see a difference, after you do cardio, combine them both, cardio, ab excersise, cardio, ab excersise, repeat.

Step 2: Exercise
You need to focus on 3 different exercises: cardio, weightlifting and ab exercises. And aim
to workout 4 times per week (definitely a minimum of 3 times per week). The cardio you do can be anything: walking, running, biking, swimming…whichever cardio you don’t mind doing so you stick with it.
The trick is to do the cardio in bursts because it will burn fat fast. For example, if you’re running, walk for one minute and then sprint for 15 seconds and repeat 10 times. Perform this type of interval cardio 2 times per week.

Lifting weights is important because 3 pounds of added muscle burns as many calories as a 1 mile jog…and this is while you’re just sitting around! Aim for 30-45 minutes, 2 times per week.
The last exercise you need to add to your workout are ab exercises. Aim to work your abs 3 times per week. There are a lot of different ab exercises you can do so try to find 3 or so that you enjoy doing and mix it up.
Tip: mix up your workout routine every 2 weeks to keep your body guessing and improving. Add or take away different weightlifting or ab exercises, or at the very least, vary the weight and reps you do.

I eat healthy and I weigh about 140Ib and im about 5;8. I am skinny you can actually see the top of my ribs. I only have one 25Ib dumbbell and I can’t get to a gym or anything. Im also 15. What can I do to get six pack abs.
Dont do situps or any type of excersize in which you’d have to repeat something 50 times.
I suggest weighted ab excersizes using that 25 lb dumbell
