I don’t have access to a gym or gym equipment. No weights, no nothing. So I’m gonna try to do this Rocky style.

I have an attractive face but I am very skinny, and I want to have a great body to go along with it. How do I get big arms and ripped abs at home without gym equipment? Please help.

Getting ripped and losing weight are 2 different things. Choose which you want more. If you want to lose the weight then focus mostly on cardio activities and dont forget to eat smaller sized meals about 5 times a day to speed up your metabolism that has enough protein and drink lots of water.

If you want to get ripped you should not be focused on weight loss at all, the extra 10 pounds you have will help you in the long run. Focus on Upper body exercises with higher weights and lower reps, do some leg excersices once in a while such as squats with weights on your sides or shoulders so you don;t have chicken legs. Of course eat a lot with protein.

I had a shirt that got a small hole in it and over a short amount of type and minimum handling the hole grew bigger and bigger and now it’s 5x as big. However, that shirt was thin material, and the hole was not made on purpose. I’m wondering how other people handle their shirts with holes in them–if they can only be handwashed, or if they can be washed in the machine but in one of those lingerie pouches, if the hole typically gets bigger pretty quickly?

I would hand wash them or do the lingerie pouch, holes will get bigger in the wash if the machine has an agitator(which it probably does)

Tony Romo does not play situational football. When it is 2nd down and a play starts collapsing he scrambles out of the pocket and then there is still nobody open so he should just throw it away because he has two more downs to work with. Instead he holds it, is strip sacked, and the game is over.

Thats good for quick weight loss, but doing too much cardio can actually burn your muscles as energy. I suggest you take some low-carb protein before and after your workouts. it will help you in getting lean and also prevent muscle loss during cardio. Also keep you body in proportion, try and work out all your muscle groups with 3 or more different exercise each.

No you didn’t get ripped off. Is the body in good shape? In a car, the body work is the most expensive repair that can be made. You are buying a car for $1,100 so you can’t expect much at that price. Essentially, you shouldn’t think of it as being ripped off. Instead, think of it as buying it cheaply enough that you now can afford to fix it. Would you have felt better if you bought a car for $4500 and still needed another $1800 in repairs? I once bought a used Nissan Maxima for $1,000. I had to put new CV joints (new axles), I needed to replace the entire exhaust system ($600) because it was corroded, the rear drum brakes were shot, and the engine was misfiring badly. (new injectors) I also replaced the water pump and timing belt, as a precaution. In the end, the car cost about $3500. I wound up driving it as a "station car" not wanting to use my good car for beating around town. In the end, I drove it for 5 years, and it then developed a transmission problem and lost 4th gear, but still ran in the first 3 gears. I was told the transmission overhaul would cost $1800 and I didn’t bother. I wound up selling this car for $1,000, and with a lot of new parts, and sold it in many ways in better shape than I got it. So essentially, I sold it for same money as I used to purchase it and my $3500 repair bill was my "cost to operate for 5 years). If you look it that way, that car didn’t cost me anything at all. I drove a car at a lower cost per month than had I bought something more expensive in the first place. so i was on craigslist trying to find a good deal on a xbox 360. i am undesided whether which one to pick here are the my 3 options.

i would say the first one, better price and you can buy 1 or 2 more games along with that, or swap em out for other similar priced ones.

My qquestion isn’t how to rip, or should I rip movies,I simply want to make back up copies of blu ray movies I already own and purshased….but whether it is easier to get caught ripping blu ray movies to a computer or making a copy onto another blu ray disk? Is it easier getting caught then it is to download movies? And how can they catch u? Please only people that know this stuff should answer

Your ISP will catch u if anybody, they know everything that goes in and out of ur computer and they usually tell Feds but they usually don’t do anything about It cuz they would b running around all day arresting people if they did
