Just follow these short simple steps for months and show dedication, and you will get the results you are looking for. jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

I want a smaller waist, that’s all. I love my hips, thighs, and buttocks and don’t want to do anything that might jeopardize them. I would also like to make my breasts appear larger. Are there any exercises that specifically target belly fat, specifically love handles and the abdominal pooch?
Again, it is impossible. You can do the crunches and you WILL have great abs….under the fat that is still there. So, if you dont want to "jeopardize" this apparently perfect booty, you will also have to deal with having a bit of a belly.

I was under the impression that fat loss leads to weight loss or vice versa but it seems both are different. Can anyone explain the difference??
and I want to get any advise/tips for fat/weight loss… thank you
The difference is whether you are losing fat or muscle mass. By exercising when you are losing weight you will be sure to lose the body fat and not the muscle mass. You have to exercise at least 4 times a week. You need to cut all soda and junk foods from your diet not completely or you will feel like you are being punished. Use these things as a once in a while treat. You also need to put fresh vegetables and fruits into your diet along with whole grains. Cut out white bread and add stone ground wheat bread. You must drink plenty of water to help flush toxins out of your system. Don’t be in a hurry to lose the weight all at once it is not healthy. You didn’t gain it over night you can’t expect to loose it over night. If you fall off the diet one day don’t dash the diet altogether it is only one day and you are only human. Tomorrow just start over. Good Luck

My sister was supposed to transfer all of our music from the computer to the laptop, but she only transferred her own, deleting mine. I’m one of those people who has to have lyrics and album art for every song, so I’d spent ages collecting all this. What I want to know is, what program can I download to rip my songs off my ipod touch and get them on the laptop, keeping my hard work intact?
Hello there, as long as your files are still on your iPod, you can get them back to your computer and iTunes easily.
This is how I did. I used MediaWidget to move all library files from my iPod onto my computer and iTunes http://www.gutensoft.com/Utilities/MediaWidget.htm
It can transfer all iPod content to the iTunes on your computer, including iPod music, movies, playlists, videos, podcasts, ratings, last played, and more. It’s such a powerful one that many friends around me have used it for a long time. Easy and safe.
Now all files are on your computer and iTunes, you can sync your iPod with it smoothly without deleting any files.
Just free download it to try.
For more iPod support information you can also go to http://www.apple.com/support/

I’m 14 and I know you have to do cardiovascular. What else. plz dont recommend supplements.
i’m 5’6" and 162 i think im mostly overweight bcuz of my belly. its huge. in my family everyone has it like that. I don’t wanna be next. HELP!!!!
Cut down on the junk food, fried food, candy, if anything chew gum instead of eating chocolate or candy bars. Also, try to eat healthier foods, more fruits and apples. Never go to sleep right after you have eaten something, walk around after you have eaten a meal. I also recommend eating 4 or 5 small meals instead of 3 large meals.
Really check the calories, amount of fat and amount of sodium in the foods.
Anywhere above 500mg of sodium in a meal is considered too much so drink a lot of water if you eat a meal like that.
