Can eating berries when trying to lose unwanted belly fat affect how much i lose?

Berries are high in fiber which can cause my stomach to bloat so i’m not sure if i should eat them when trying to lose belly fat. What should i eat instead if berries are not a good choice?

how long does it take to get a six pack?

If you are serious about it, then a month or two. (Maybe even three or more)
I was surprised how fast i got mine.
Good exercises and work outs would be crunches, sit ups, curl ups but mostly crunches.
There is another good workout i know but i forgot the name. Its good for your lower abs. You lay flat on the floor, have your hands behind your head like you would in a sit up. then raise your legs up toward you, back down to the floor and repeat.

Work out every other day. If you want to exercise every day then the days you don’t work out you can do stretches and simple exercises such as running or biking.

How much weight should a young man, of about 17, have to weight in order to get a six pack abs?

I am trying to get a six pack abs but my question is the one above..
Currently I weight 150 pounds, I am 1.66 height and I am between 16 and 17 years old, so what do you think should be right for me?

To get abs your bmi should be below 10. It is hard to tell how much you should weight because it depends wether you have lots of muscle or no.

How do you lose belly fat without surgery?

My friend is really uncomfortable with her body. Shes fine but she says that she needs to lose belly fat. She keeps on asking me "How do I lose belly fat" and I say "I don’t know. By surgery" Then she says " Without surgery". So finally I can tell her something if someone answers this question.

Spot fat reduction (i.e. reducing fat only near the stomach, but not in the arms or back or anything) is impossible. A lot of people happen to have a disproportionate amount of fat gather in the midsection.

So she needs to lose weight overall; some will probably come from around her stomach. Some won’t. It’s quite simple; she needs to eat healthier and exercise more. A lot of women tend to shy away from lifting weights, but since they don’t produce as much testosterone as men, it’s impossible for most of them to become muscular and bulky as men become. She should do cardio, but as she becomes stronger from lifting, her muscles will burn more energy just…doing nothing.

Dieting alone tends to not work much; it will at first, but then her metabolism will slow down tremendously. Exercise will guarantee that this doesn’t happen.
