I am going to get into boxing but I also want to body build.So I was wondering is it possible to get big ripped muscle while in boxing?I am asking because I know alot of boxing is cardio and conditioning and boxers dont really have very defined muscles.
Sure, it’s very possible. Evander Holyfield is one good example. He’s one boxer with a ripped and well-defined bodybuilder’s physique. Evander incorporates a lot of weight-lifting in his training. Usually, he begins his training in the weight room for a few weeks before getting into the boxing part. At one time, when he had to build up his physique to campaign as a heavyweight (he was formerly a cruiserweight) in the late 80’s, he had Mr. Olympia Lee Haney to train him, and it obviously paid great dividends. Perhaps, you can follow his example.

I want to lose fat that makes me look thinner. I don’t want to do any resistant training to achieve this nor do i want to gain mass muscles.
Suggestions?
I always find the best way for me to lose weight is just to start walking a lot more. Just add 30 mins to an hour of walking a few times a week and you will see it fall off pretty fast. I see my unwanted weight gain go fast and since you are male yours will go much faster. It is a great way to loose the weight but not add muscle. If you find you want to start to add muscle tone later on you can always add something more later on:-) Best of luck to you!

I’m 17 about 5 foot 8 150 pounds. I’m also trying to gain more wait to build muscle. No matter what I do my body remains musceless.. What are some diets and exercises I can do to get six pack abs.

What size were the shoes and what size shoe did the friend actually wear?
I went to college in the south, and met a lot of nice people there. But, my roommate my junior year was a real hillbilly. She once borrowed a pair of my dress shoes for concert or something she was involved with singing in. What a mistake! She scuffed them so much, it looked like she was wearing them on a construction site by the number of scrapes and scuffs along the sides. From that moment onward, I never loaned anyone my shoes.

How far?
How often?
I am 6′4 and 187 lbs
I would say 30-60 mins a day 3-4 days a week. It has to be continuous though. For the first 30 mins you are only burning glycogen (the sugar you get from food). After the first 30 mins (roughly) you start to burn reserves of fat. Do that along with crunches and situps. They don’t burn fat but they do tone muscle. If you want to have nice abs once you cut the fat down that’s the way to go.
