How do i lose belly fat by the 31st of may?

me and my friends are having a party but im a little fat on my belly so i need to loose as much as possible. Also my friend wants to know how does she lose her "thunder thies"?

i know this is going to sound weird but it will take 1 to 2 inches off ur belly about 2 nights before the party. THIS IS ONLY A QUICK FIX!!!! i am in the military and this is what i do before a weigh in!!lol but u get some saran wrap and a tube of hemmoroid cream and 2 nights before the party u rub cream all over ur stomach and sides.(u can have someone help) and wrap ur self with the saran wrap all the way around ur belly and sides.start with the center of ur belly and have someone wrap you tight but not to tight so u cant breath lol. but this is no joke. i do it all the time and i have had no side affects or nothing like that. this is actually what alot of soldiers do before a weigh in because we have to get taped for body fat. just make sure your not allergic to plastic or anything. the only reason i say that is cause my brother did it and he was allergic to the saran wrap but all it did was make his stomach red. but this works and good luck with the party. MAKE SURE U DO THIS BOTH NITES BEFORE THE PARTY

How can I get six pack abs by April?

I am 15 years old, 5’9”, and 185 lbs. I have a slight outline of my abs, but I need to get full six pack abs, please help.

Crunches are good as long as you do all different types like knees up, knees down, to both sides, and then ones where you keep your arms flat and raise your legs and lower back off of the ground.
Fat? Not even. My dad is 5’9” and weighs about 195, and he’s a body builder with no fat whatsoever. Maybe you’re just scrawny at 160. ;)

How do I get Windows Media Player 12 to rip music from CD’s again? It used to but not any longer.?

I am running Windows 7 and Windows Media Player 12. I used to be able to rip CD’s but now it won’t let me. When I go to Options and the Rip Music tab, I try to change locations to rip music to but the Change Location button does nothing. When I put a CD into the drive to start ripping, I get a File Not Found error.

I’m a girl, almost 16 years old and have a size 10 – 12 figure. I don’t really have a problem with my arms or legs, but I HATE my stomach so much!
Sit ups etc I have found to do nothing, as all they do is tone the muscles which are BEHIND the ruddy fat that I want to lose!

Does anyone know any good ways of losing belly fat?

The guy from How To get six pack abs has these videos posted on youtube showing his 16 videos of his 16 week challenge. Each video has week 1, week 2 all the way till week 16. my question is, Does he perform that same routine all week prob 5-6 times a week. Im just curious?

If you continuously think about negative things, it will depress you and you won’t be motivated enough to make the necessary effort to lose fat, and in effect, you won’t be able to get rid of your belly fat. When you set a weight loss goal, you will be able to reach it faster if you think positive.

2. Try to walk as mush as you can: Stop sitting on your couch all the time. Remember that it was your couch that made you overweight. Obviously, if you want to get skimmer, you need to leave the couch and take a walk. At the start, don’t try to walk for a long distance. Take short steps. If you use car at all times, substitute it with your legs. For example, if you use car to go to the marketplace, walk up to that place. Instead of taking the elevator, use the stairs. 3. Don’t skip your breakfast: Many people think that skipping breakfasts and meals is the surefire way to lose weight. It isn’t! Far from it, if you skip your breakfast, you will feel hungry later in the day and then you will start munching on unhealthy and calorie-rich foods. This way, you will end up gaining more weight than what you started with!

4. Invest in a weight loss program: You can do only so much yourself. If you join a weight loss program, you will gain a lot from the help and advice of professionals. If you haven’t joined any weight loss program yet I really urge you to invest in one. It is an investment that will bear fruit in proper time.

What supplements would help me gain more muscle and/or get me ripped fast?

OK, I’m 22years old and weigh around 170-180 & 6’1” tall and want to get ripped fast. Currently I only drink protein drinks which have helped me but I want something else. I was thinking of N.O. but don’t know if its safe or not. I started running & boxing to help lose that belly stuffing…..so anybody got any bright ideas???

I agree with John, there is not a LEGAL way to get ripped fast. You are going to have to focus on your nutrition, training, and rest. You can keep taking your protein to aid in tissue repair and promote lean body mass. Make sure you are consuming a high quality chemical free whey protein minus the fillers and additives. Good luck

ok so i keep reading that you can’t lose fat in just one area. and you have to do cardio to lose fat. i used to run a lot but it made my legs really skinny and i didnt lose my belly. so how can i lose my belly fat faster and not make my legs so skinny?

Good examples of cardio exercises are walking, swimming, aerobics and jogging. Strength training can be done by dumbbells or resistance bands. Few stretches held in place for about 20 seconds.

Crunches can be part of your abdominal training but should be limited and certainly shouldn’t be the only part. To most effectively work your stomach area it is necessary to include about 80% rotational work, were you twist your body.Tips to have correct form include: Don’t ever pull on your neck or head. Don’t allow you legs to move, they should remain still and try to keep your belly button pulled in toward the floor throughout the entire move.

Basic crunch: Lie flat on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Place your hands lightly behind your head for support. Using your abdominal muscles lift your shoulders a few inches off the ground, pause briefly and return to start position. Complete at least one set of 10-12 reps.

Standing towel circle: stand tall and hold a small towel (or resistance band) taut overhead. Contract abs and slowly draw a large, wide circle over your head and around your torso with your hands. Keep towel pulled taut throughout. Return to beginning position and reverse the circular direction complete at least one set of 8-10 reps in each direction.

Oblique twists with ball: begin by sitting on the ball, walk feet forward until ball is resting under your back-body is now parallel to the floor. Place hands lightly behind head for support. Using your abdominal muscles slowly crunch up lifting your shoulder blades off of the ball and rotate left shoulder toward right hip. Return to starting parallel position and repeat then switch sides.

I am 13 and desperately need a six pack. I’m skinny but when in a sitting position, my stomach folds and wrinkles even though i am like 115 pounds. Right now, I barely have a 4 pack. Any suggestions on how to get them and how long it will take and to lose body fat at 5 feet 4 inches and 115 pounds? (by the way, my body fat percentage is 18) Thanks, it will mean a lot to me.

Do plenty of sit-ups, pull-ups, and leg lifts. Plus eat right, and you should start to see results. Plus since your young and still have baby fat, it will be easier to burn off if you were, say 23.
