How to lose belly fat fast.?

Whats the most efficient way to lose weight by that i mean the fastest or easiest way to lose belly fat cuz i work out alot and bench, situps and other stuff but still got belly fat so i dont know what to d. also what foods will make me lose fat.

All of the fat will never be gone, but you can definitely achieve better definition. A lot of people do not want to hear this, but where fat deposits itself on your body is largely a function of genetics. If your relatives all have pudgy bellies, then you will probably have one also unless you work REALLY hard to get rid of it, and it may never be gone entirely.

One of the things that you will need to consider in addition to exercise (we’ll cover that in a minute) is what you are eating. If you are eating lots of junk, you will never fully uncover your abs no matter how much you exercise.

You need to add lots of fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. Also make sure that you are getting enough LEAN protein (helps with building muscle).

As for exercising, the best exercises for a flat belly ARE NOT crunches. Crunches help, but you need more to get that defined six pack you want. Actually, one of the best exercises that you can do to develop your abs is running. Another you may have done in gym class – they are called mountain climbers.

The main thing is to get plenty of exercise and to eat healthy balanced meals.

Are pinto beans good for a guy who wants to get six pack abs?

Hi and i’m in a mission to obtain six pack abs. The reason I ask this is because I mostly eat pinto beans everday with a little bit of olive oil. My question is, is this good for a diet and do they contain any key vitamins that will help me in obtaining abs?

The site below reviews workout routines specifically targeted at abs but also includes many diets. Agreed with above, pinto beans are not bad for you however a diet of "mostly" pinto beans is not balanced enough for a healthy body…Good luck! :)

How Do I Get My Six Pack

A popular question that fitness professionals are asked has to do with obtaining a flat stomach or six pack. I am here today to tell you how obtain the perfect stomach.

QUESTION:

I am trying to become a fitness model.. for real. And I can’t seem to obtain the six pack that I am trying for. I must say I don’t really eat all that healthy, in fact I rarely eat meat, or veggies. What should I do, other than maintain a healthy diet to get my six pack. I’ve been working out with a trainer for about 6 months, I’ve toned everything else, but my stomach is stubborn. Any suggestions? My stomach is flat, and you can feel the mucles under a thin layer of fat. But I have no clue on what to do. And my trainer, is kind of out there. Can you help me?

ANSWER:

Visceral Layers of Fat- are basically the fat thats underneath the gut. This layer of fat is what prevents most people from obtaining the abs they have always wanted. To obtain your 6-pack you need to do three things, resistance training, cardio, and dieting.

Resistance Training- Since you already have a trainer I would suggest you speak to him about doing some core training. If your trainer dosent understand; fire them. Core training is just like lifting weights like normal, but this series of work-outs requires that you involve you abs and lower back into the exercise in order to do the motion. Essentially you kill two bird with one stone. You continue firming the rest of the body, and you work your abs at the same time. Also, I suggest that you start putting some weight behind those cruches that you are doing. If you already have a flat stomach, now is the time to increase the size of the abdominal muscles underneath. I would stay with a moderate weight, doing sets of 15-20 reps.

Cardiovascular- Be sure that you are doing enough cardio. Working out once a week will maintain what you have. Twice a week will give you some visual results. Consistently working out 3+ days a week will give you results, you can see, feel, and measure. I suggest a minimum of four days a week. When doing cardio focus on burning 500 calories each time, rather than worrying about distance.

Nutrition- To get rid of that underlying layer of fat i suggest that you follow these simple rules. These rules are more leanient for you since you already have a flat stomach, but i want you to follow them still. Try to have your trainer, write you out a diet plan in addition to what i give you.

- NO Eating 2 1/2 – 3 hours before bed

- No White Foods. Try brown, or wheat foods instead sub Bread, potatoes, tortillas with , wheat bread, sweet potatoes, brown rice, wheat pasta etc.

-Always consume Protein and Carbs together. Since you are building muscle, consuming both of these together will help you body absorb them easier

-Eat 3-6 Times per day. 3 meals and 3 snacks. This will help to increase your metabolism and give you more energy.

-More water, no juice, soda, or alcohol. Many of the items have an insane number of carbs and sugars. If you must consume them, do it sparingly.

- Eat every 3-4 Hours. This will actually keep your metabolism humming along, and you will feel more energetic. This will also help you body to use the food as an immediate energy source instead of saving some of it in to form of fat, as an energy source for later.

Beyond P90x -how to Build Ripped Chest Muscles

 I am sure you have all seen the infomercial for P90X; I think it is a great program. I personally tried it out! But when I was done with the program, I thought there are a few things I would have done different.

First I am not putting down the program, I think is great for the average person who wants to look great1 but if you are already in great shape and want to get that extra edge , I would implement actual weight training to it rather than body weight exercises!

 P90X works because it essentially uses high intensity interval training! You are always moving using free body weights and dumbbells! But know that you will never get big defined muscles with body weight exercises like you would with weight training exercises. Body weight exercises will make you look lean and toned but they will not give you big nice muscles- the kind you see on fitness models etc

But this is what I did to P90X workouts and added my own twists to it!

Rather than push ups, I use incline barbell presses on the smith machine and rather than do jumping jacks I use the treadmill incline barbell presses are key because nothing will give you that nice chest look like incline barbell presses and the treadmill will get your heart rate up fast!

Of course you should expect the weights you use on the barbell press to decrease as you progress through the workout.

Here is how a typical “Beyond P90X Chest workout would look like

You don’t need my word on this, if you did a regular P90X chest workout and measured your calories burned with a heart rate monitor and did this version, you would see that my version or twist will burn about a quarter more calories than P90X – helps in getting you shredded and lean faster.

Here is just a 12-15 minute version of my beyond P90X program

Incline barbell press taken to positive failure (70% of my maximum 8-10 reps)
* Make sure you keep the incline bench angle at 25-35 degree incline and no more!

Super set with 2 minutes running on the treadmill without rest  and then jump back to the

incline barbell press taken to positive failure superset this with

2 minutes running on the treadmill

Do this for 10 turns and see how powerful and effective it is! If you did this for 40 minutes and did this with different body parts you would see the fat slide off your body…provided of course that you kept calories low and eat good wholesome food!

This workout will also give your Pecs a mean definition and you will have a chest that most guys would kill for!

Lose Thigh Fat Tips Including Inner Thigh

There is no such thing as spot reduction. You have to get on a weight loss program that consists of sound weight training, cardio training and a well-planned diet to reduce your overall body fat.

Make sure you measure your current body fat now and also the girth size of your thighs. Then, set reasonable goals and aim to lose 1 pound of body fat a week. By reducing your body fat to a range of 20% to 27% percent body fat, your thighs will be smaller as your overall body fat goes down.

It is during your cardio session that your body actually burns loads of fat. Remember, you have to exercise in order to lose healthy weight. Do not try to starve your self, as this will only set yourself to failure.

The stepper is an excellent choice to lose thigh fat. The stepper engages the butt muscles the most and because the glutes is the largest muscle group in the body, it can burn up the most calories compared to the other cardio machines.

The elliptical trainer is also another excellent choice but the only thing is that you have to use it the reverse way. Most elliptical machines allows movements forward and backwards, and by moving it back wards, you engage the hamstrings which is the muscles at the back of you thighs instead of the front ones which the quadriceps.

The hamstrings and the butt is the most troubled areas among females and thigh fat tend to store there.

Lose thigh fat tip 3

While doing cardio, especially the beginners, try not to over exert in the first few months. Stick to a heart rate of 60-70 % of your maximum heart rate. Why? This is because if your are just beginning to exercise and your train at a high intensity level, your body will tend to use sugar and protein as its energy sources instead of fats from the fat cells.

Only when you get fitter, around after 3 months of regular exercise, go all out and exercise at a high intensity level. Your body will be conditioned by then and will use fats from the fat cells.

Lose thigh fat tip 4

Never avoid weight training if you want a well toned and sculpted thighs. The lower body has the largest muscle groups and these muscles when developed can contribute major elevated metabolism benefits.

With weight training and increased muscle in the thighs, you are able to burn more calories while running and have more power to run faster and longer. This way, you can burn so much more calories compared to individuals who do not train their legs. Not to mention the extra calories burned during resting because of the elevated resting metabolic rate.

Lose thigh fat tip 5

In your weight-training program, make sure you cover all the muscles in the thighs to avoid muscular injury due to muscular imbalance. An overall strengthening program in the thighs also will really shape up your thighs for that lean sculpted look!

For quads, perform barbell squats and leg presses. Finish of with leg extension machines.

For hamstrings, the muscle behind you thighs, perform hamstring curls on the seated leg curl machine or lying down leg curl machine. Here is a damn important tip, while doing hamstring curls, point your toes downwards, this way you fully engage your hamstrings!

For the outside of your thighs, perform thigh abduction with the seated abductor machine. Do not; I repeat do not go too heavy on this exercise.

For the inner thighs, firm the inner thighs with seated adductor machine or perform squats by holding a dumbbell with both hands in the middle and feet pointing 45 degrees outwards.

To make heads turn on high heels, perform calve raises. Stand on the edge of a platform or anything that is elevated like a stairs, and tip toe, flexing the calf and go all the way down for a good stretch. Perform 20 to 25 reps on this exercise.

Except for the calves, perform 3 sets of each and complete above 12 reps not more than 20 reps. If you pass 20 reps, add in more weight because its not beneficial anymore. Do not worry on to bulky, for female, you cannot bulk up due to the natural lack of testosterone, but for male, stick to 20 reps.

Lose fat tip 6

All the cardio and exercises you do will not produce results if you do not go on a diet to create a calorie deficit. You need to burn 3500 calories to dump 1 pound of body fat. Get a well-planed diet so you do not deprive your self of food and stick to the weight loss program.

There is only on diet that I truly recommend that is the South Beach Diet. They also have online support, which I think its absolute crucial and effective to help you reach you fitness goals.
