How does fat leave the body?

This may sound like a crazy question. I’m guessing through your waste, urine, feces, and sweat it out through your pores? All of these ways? Anyway, I’ve been working out and drinking plenty of water, doing much cardio for at least 30 – 45 minutes on my exercise bike. Eating small portions of whatever I want within reason 6 times a day. I’ve been losing a lot of weight and inches in the first week and a half. I’m already seeing a difference. I’m losing my baby gut and on my way to viewing a six pack abdominals for the first time ever in my life. It one day came to me as a question how does fat really leave the body, and also I know that fat is burned and used up after at least 30 minutes of cardio, how does the body use fat as well when it comes to using it for energy?

when a car uses its gas, where does it go. it gets turned into chemical energy and allows the car to move. same with fat and ur body. almost like a fireplace. when the log is burned, it gives off heat energy. u can feel it and it gets hot. thats why a car gets hot and thats why ur body gets hot when u burn fat. u use it.

Hi!
i REALLY want to lose 10-20 pounds before february third!
I am 5’9" and 146-150 pounds.
This guy i have liked for about a year is coming to my town to see me in february!
I dont really like my legs, I dont like my stomach. I really really want to lose some weight but its near to impossible for me!
sometimes I dont eat much, and still nothing happens, I exercise, still nothing!
for a week or so I did 60 situps in P.E. and 20 crunches and jogging every day/every other day.
when I tighten my stomach it feels really hard like at my abs.
I really really want to lose weight!
Please help!
He likes me for who I am and doesn’t want me to lose weight but I would feel sooooo much more conforitable and have higher self esteem if I did.
please give some tips.

Eat yoghurt(diet) before the meals.Then you can eat apple, rye bread, grilled chicken, salad with very little Olive oil.you can have purslane and spinach.Cabbage soup will also help to loose weight.Also many vegetables like tomato, carrot,cucumber.And drink green tea before sleeping and before the breakfast.Prefer toasted bread.You can eat light cheese, too.

What type of supplements will get me ripped?

Okay Im 17 and I am wanting to get ripped. I want to be a little big but not to big about the size of Taylor Lautner or Zac Efron. Im just curious to what type of supplements I need. Im 6′ 2"and 205 pounds.

sorry to tell u this dude but their different body types than u
both of them are about 5’8 and 175 lbs therefore it is easier for them to look ripped, also they have personal trainers and other luxuries to help them look this way

but the best advise i can give u supplement wise is to take something with nitric oxide in it like NO xplode to get boost ur energy levels while working out so u can burn off more excess fat

I really want to lose weight especially belly fat. But I can’t leave the house because my parents won’t let me leave alone and they have no time at all because of their job and all. I have no treadmill and stuff and my parents choose the food I eat not me. Help?
No I don’t have any stairs.

How do you develop the lowest two areas of your six pack abs?

I got the top two areas of my abs looking good but cant do much with the lowest two parts of the six pack. What exercise will make it?

If you’re doing a good ab workout routine anyway, then the lower area will be developed with muscle but probably cloaked with fat – hence you don’t see the definition.
Step up your cardio workout to trim off the fat and the definition will presumably come out.

My mom and dad both have somewhat large stomachs. I don’t. In addition, I’ve been eating quite a bit of sweets and junk lately, but I’m not too far from six-pack abdominals. My parents seem to have been at the same size for some time. I don’t try to reduce my weight, except for the occasional two-mile run. I’m a teen, could that be it?

Teens normally have a fitter body than their parents but beware that you don’t develop the "somewhat large stomach" from your parents. Six-packs don’t last forever.

What is the difference between weight loss and fat loss? Which of the two is recommended more than the other?

I was under the impression that fat loss leads to weight loss or vice versa but it seems both are different. Can anyone explain the difference??

Low Fat Foods don’t work
You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight.

Low Calorie Diets don’t work
You won’t lose weight using a Low Calorie Dieting Plan either. Low Carb Plans don’t work
