I am a 15 year old, overweight girl. I hate it when people make fun of me because of my weight – it is so embarassing! I would like to know the top secret fat loss secret from someone who is willing to share it with me. I can’t afford to buy the book, or else I would. I’m desperate. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Any fat loss tips, too.
Thanks.
go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!
and as for your book – go to a bookstore and browse it. Or go to amazon.com, find it and then click "search inside this book" – you will be able to read an extract.

I was curious for a guess on how long it will take me (and if I am doing anything wrong) to get ripped; although "ripped" on the light side. By than I mean not very massive arms, and a chest that still allows me to rotate my arms 180 degrees: well defined but still strong.
I am 17, 5′11” and 160 lbs, (I’m able to gram a little wad of fat on my stomach) I am a vegetarian but I have absolutely no lack of correctly proportioned proteins. I have the discipline to never eat unhealthy foods.
I lift 6 days a week and rest on Sunday.
One day I work on my biceps, and chest, and the next, my back, shoulders, and triceps (I don’t need any work on my legs).
I also run 7.5 miles every other morning before eating breakfast in less than an hour. And the other mornings, I bike 15 miles in the same amount of time. (I have a good cardiovascular endurance: I can run a 5:15 mile)
I have good genes: my older SISTER has hard muscles, and I had large biceps even before I ever worked out
Does anyone know
work on your abd more than anything else. Stop the biceps and continue with the triceps. I think you are on steroids as I can do only a 7:24 mile.

It’s winter now and it’s not so hot so i wanted to lose the fat that is on my stomach so i can look
good in the summer/spring. How do i do that? How long would it take? People tell me to do crunches and lift weights and do lots of cardio but i don’t know what to believe!
thx
Also im 5′4" and 135 pounds
I would suggest supersetting or interval training. it combines strength training(for building lean muscle tissue) and cardio(for fat burning). you don’t need any fancy equipment or an expensive gym membership.
example: squats, push-ups, pull-ups, mountain climbers(if you can’t do a push-up or pull-up=> use dumbbells or resistance bands & do a pushing exercise and a pulling exercise instead). do 15 reps of each back to back to back to back without resting. that equals 1 set. rest 30-60 secs. repeat. do 3-5 complete sets. Do this 3-4x/week.
If you noticed there are no sit-ups or crunches in this workout(I personally think sit-ups & crunches are a waste of time). the best way to burn fat and tighten up your midsection & core is through total body exercises! This style of training doesn’t have you spending in hours and hours a week training either. They are short, fast and effective!
These workouts are great for women or men!
what you put in your body is important as well. Your body needs all 3 macro-nutrients to survive — carbohydrates, protein and fat. If you cut out one of those macro-nutrients your body will not function properly and eventually break down.
Eat whole, naturally occuring foods. Nothing processed, packaged or anything with added sugar, salt, artificial sweeteners or preservatives.
Live by this quote: "If you can’t hunt it, fish it, pick it from a tree, bush or the ground, DON’T eat it."
good luck

See I’m 12 years old and I want to look good. I don’t got a job so I can’t afford equipment. My parents won’t buy me the equipment or a gym membership. How can i get six pack abs without any equipment? If you can help me, I’ll really appreciate it.
crunches, crunches, sit ups, crunches, crunches oh yeah… crunches. That’s the best thing anyway for abs, no machine needed. Secure your feet under your dresser, and do as many as you can.

It can be extremely difficult for average consumers such as myself to sift through all the claims and schemes that are supposed to get your abs ripped and in shape. If you’re reading this, you get to benefit from all of the trial and error I’ve had to go through to find out what really works and what is just a bunch overhyped sales garbage.
After seeing supposed “miracle products” on infomercials (the ab lounge to name one), I decided to give it a shot. After ordering the product (quite expensive) and waiting weeks for it to arrive, I was quite disappointed when I tried it out. It seemed to hardly put strain on the abs at all, mostly employing other muscles in the shoulders and legs to do the brunt of the work. Nonetheless I decided to try it for two months just to verify what I had suspected. At the end of the two months I didn’t notice any difference in my abs whatsoever. As you would expect, the other “miracle products” on infomercials I tried after this turned out the same way. No Progress.
The main fault I see with most of these contraptions is they usually boast something like this: “The (insert product here) makes the motion of the sit-up easier to start and more comfortable”. The problem I see with this is that the tension in your abs is what works them. These devices may make it so you can do a lot more reps easily, but what is the use if it is putting a lot less strain in your abs? The burn is what tells you you’ve worked your abs well. Also, all of these products usually focus around the sit-up motion. I don’t think this is the best approach to getting good results in any reasonable amount of time.
After these failures, I concluded that the quick shortcuts were probably not going to work. I began looking into ab programs. I would see some that would claim to have one “special exercise” that would give you a six-pack. After my experience with the shortcuts before, I decided to shy away from these.
Then one day I came across a program that gives an all-around approach to getting defined abs called “truth about abs”. It included the nutritional aspect, how to lose the fat that covers up your abdominals, and an exercise program that carves your abs into top shape that doesn’t revolve around doing sit-ups or the sit up motion. This seemed like the one to try. Since it was only about $40 and there was a full money back guarantee if I wasn’t satisfied, I figured that I had nothing to lose. Most of those ab products cost me 3 times the amount and usually didn’t offer any guarantee.
I instantly was granted access to the information of the program, and started right away. Everything is outlined for you step by step so all you have to do is follow the program. I was amazed that I had never heard of some of the exercises they provided that would flex my abs so intently. I followed the plan diligently and after 3 weeks my abs were so much more visable that I couldn’t believe it. I had a very well defined four-pack and this was only after 3 weeks! This inspired me to stay strict on the plan and by week 7 I had an incredible 6-pack! I couldn’t believe it. I had never thought I would be capable of having an extremely defined six pack. I was just completely overwelmed with how well this program worked.
I would recommend this program to anyone who is looking for a way to really get their midsection into shape. Anyone can get defined abs if you just follow their fully outlined program. I think it’s worth it for anyone to give it a try, because it’s so much cheaper than those falsely advertised ab contraptions and you can get your money back if you don’t like the program. Click the link below if you want to learn more or try the program for yourself.

How to lose baby belly fat for women
The birth of a child is an incredible experience, but in the majority of cases, the first question asked after what is the sex and weight regards how long it will take for the mother to lose the baby weight. Every woman gains weight during pregnancy and losing that weight is quite the challenge.
Belly fat is a major concern because their stomachs have become stretched in order to accommodate their growing child.
So, what is the best way to lose baby belly fat?
Below you will find a method to lose that belly fat in thirty days.
Important: Before you start any exercise program you need to check with your doctor so that you can be sure that you are healthy enough to increase the intensity in your daily activities. After having a baby, your body is quite fragile that your main priority needs to be healing and taking care of yourself and your body. Your doctor can let you know which exercises are good in your condition.
To lose baby belly fat you should start with ten elevator exercises each day. Sitting in a chair, put one hand over your belly button and the other hand under you. Take a deep breathe in and fill your abdomen, expanding your mid-section fully. Exhale through your nose slowly and pull your belly button back towards your spine. Pull your belly button back five times and then repeat. If your body isn’t ready for this exercise it can cause severe harm, so be sure to consult your doctor.
Another similar exercise to the elevator exercise is called contraction. Sitting in the same chair, place one hand above your belly button and one below. Inhale in, expanding your stomach and then bring it back in to the half way point. While you exhale, pull your belly button in and squeeze your belly, holding that position for a beat. Release and then expand your belly back to the halfway point. Perform 100 of these each day and you will lose baby belly fat fast.
Eating healthy is another important factor. While breastfeeding you will be burning a lot of calories, so it is not important to worry about counting anything, but be sure that the calories you do put into your body are from healthy foods.
You need to eat a balanced diet, which is another thing you can consult your doctor about so that it is beneficial for you and your child, since, while you are breast feeding, your baby is eating everything that you eat.
After giving birth any exercise that you are going to do should be low impact. Your body is still in a fragile state so you need to make sure not to endanger your health. Make sure to speak with your doctor about any exercise program before you begin it. Together, the two of you will determine what plan you will be the best way to be losing your baby belly fat while not putting to much strain on your body.
